In terms of safety in Denver it really depends, like most cities, on where you go and at what time. Downtown during the day is safe, however, late at night some areas can become a ghost town. Mostly just drug addicts and homeless wonder the streets. Colfax isn't great, union station seems to have been getting a bad rap, and there are some even sketchier suburbs.
Yep true! I have got lost may times and have to walk miles because getting lost on the bus..... sometimes the gps don't work. I am part Greenland Inuit so I love the cold....I sometimes would talk in Kalaallisut, sometimes English. I hope if you saw me I was nice! I was there for 6 months in 2022. Always stay aware of your surroundings and don't be much of a busy body, especially in the "hood". Stay safe and I hope you enjoyed visiting my home!
@Katandantio are you guys from Europe? When you speak English it sounds like how I talk in English half the time! Qujan! (Kalaallisut Greenlandic for thanks!)
Yep walk there around there 2 am 😂 just be aware....I got the usual people wanting me to things for money, but I said "no" or just spoke to them in Kalaallisut Greenlandic 😂...one working lady ask me for $1 but at that time I wasnt sure of my living situation anr needed all $ i had lol...I just spoke "no english" and talked in Kalaallisut because I didn't want to deal witgb anybody 😂
LOL! It still hurts!😂You'll have a great time in Denver :) Thank you for watching and commenting! Please consider subscribing for more traveling videos 😃
No!! Whoever the person is that made that comment is confused or straight up lying! 115 degrees in Denver??!! WRONG. Not saying that it has never reached that temperature, but it would be very rare. I don’t recall it EVER being 115 in Denver. It gets damn hot in the summer but triple digits doesn’t happen often. If we do get triple digits, it’s usually around the 102 mark. The 90’s for long stretches in the summer is not unusual though!
Colorado has a lot to offer. Denver is not one. Use the airport and tour the beautiful State. The national parks are amazing, also Garden of the God's one hour south in Colorado Springs. Make a loop and see all four of their amazing and very different National Parks.

That's too bad, still had an awesome time when we were there. Thank you for watching and commenting!
Horrible warehousing and regional medical city, insufferably hot, 115 F. in summer, with no enjoyable walks and nothing to do there.
Really, Denver?
