I'll give it an educated guess and say that Steven has a personality disorder and his weight and drug use don't have much of a chance to change, therapy or not. I hope that Justin is able to say no to his father and cut all contact with Steven, and continue on his way to significant weight loss and to re-construct his life in the absence of his toxic family. One big asset for him is his store: he has a purpose in life and it's a great building block to other successes in his life. I wish him only the best.

I watch this Dr.Now show at noon and eat a salad for my lunch. Next few days I’m going to eat egg drop soup. That’s yum . I’m only 25 lbs overweight but it’s too much. So I listen to Dr. Now and follow his plans for his patients. Do good Justin . Stay the course.😊
Watch your sodium intake that will put on weight fast. No more than 2100mg per for women 2300mg for men per day. Egg drop soup has more than half of your daily allowance for sodium. It's something they don't tell a lot of people looking for a healthier lifestyle. Good luck.
