@@piyushsan875 Let me give you an example: If I drive around, I sometimes notice the houses and buildings all around. There are also pieces of farm land that are very large. Houses can be built from different kinds of materials. The most common types are brick, wood, and vinyl or synthetic siding. Houses have lawns that need to be tended. Lawns need to be mowed regularly. Most people use riding lawnmowers to do this. You can also use a push mower. These come in two varieties: gas-powered and manual. You don’t see manual push-mowers very much anymore, but they are a good option if you do not want to pollute the air with smoke from a gas-powered lawnmower. I notice that many families designate the lawnmowing responsibility to a teenager in the household. Many of these teenagers are provided with an allowance for mowing the yard, as well as performing other chores, like taking out the trash, washing the dishes, making their bed, and keeping the house organized. Allowances are small amounts of money given by parents to their children, usually on a weekly basis. These usually range from 5 dollars to 15 dollars, sometimes even 20 dollars. Many parents feel that teenagers can learn financial responsibility with this system.
Now I will talk about farm land. Farm land can be identified by some common features. They almost always consist of a very large patch of dirt with small green plants lined up in very long rows. You may sometimes see farm equipment riding over these rows, like tractors or combines. These machines help farmers grow more crops in less time. They are a very helpful invention. Some different types of crops are soybeans, cotton, corn, tomatoes, tobacco, and lettuce (which I mentioned earlier). Most crops are used as food, and can be defined as either fruits or vegetables. Some are commonly eaten raw, after being rinsed in water to remove any dirt. Some are often cooked, which helps give them a more pleasant taste and makes them easier to chew. A very versatile vegetable is the potato. It can be eaten raw, or it can be cooked in a variety of ways. They can be baked, and many people like to add butter to them. They can be mashed, and a lot of times brown gravy or milk gravy is poured on top of them. They can be cut into thin strips and fried. Typically a large amount of grease is required to prepare potatoes in this style, but they are easy to make and easy to eat. You can order them at several fast-food restaurants. Potatoes can also be boiled, stewed, and scalloped. There is a wide variety of options available to you when cooking potatoes.
A lot of this is related to maturity too. I say, don't feel bad if you don't relate to all the points, a lot of them take time and character-building experiences (with a good attitude) to develop. I'll still have my old friends and i'll still grow accustomed to changes everyday and now i fully embrace change.
My mother has been telling me that I am emotionally intelligent for a long time now😊 I didn't believe it but I took some tests online and nouw I see that I am. I love that it's really cool
1. You don’t suppress your emotions. Sometimes, I do, other times, I don't. I'm working on it. 2. You don’t invalidate other people’s emotions. No, thankfully, I don't invalidate other people's emotions. I always acknowledge the reason for their specific emotion and console them accordingly. 3. You don’t give into peer pressure. No, I don't give in to peer pressure. Peer pressure is a big NO in my book of rules. 4. You don’t usually overthink things. Uh, I don't really know about that one but I'm working on it. I reckon I overthink present situations rather than past or future situations. 5. You don’t have an issue with personal boundaries. Nope, not at all. If I feel even a slight bit that someone is being toxic, then hello and welcome, boundaries! Personal boundaries are another main rule in my book of rules. 6. You don’t seek out external validation. No, I don't take people's suggestions of narrow-minded people about me. 7. You don’t get frustrated over situations beyond your control. Mostly, I suppose yes. I've been working on it for quite a while now. 8. You don’t avoid constructive criticism. No, I never avoid constructive criticism. If I know that someone is an open-minded and scrupulous person, then I'd always take their suggestion. 9. You don’t avoid change. Uh, I don't really know about that one...

Sees the title: I think I might be able to relate to some of them. After watching the video: Wow, I'm more emotionally inteligent than I thought. I could relate to all of them.
"I understand you're upset right now. How can I help you? What can I do to help you get through this?" I think they meant these phrases to be overly general, but in a real life scenario these would come across as patronizing and too solution-based. When someone is in a pit, you mostly just want to sit there with them, not pressure them to get out or put yourself in a position of being a hero. It's okay to offer assistance, but you mostly just need to relate to them and be a resource at their disposal.
Yeah I usually say things like: it's gonna be alright, this feeling doesn't last forever which they mentioned as a bad example. Don't get this, obviously the situation will no remain this bad forever and it is good to be encouraged anyways...
My Results: 1. I *DEFINITELY* suppress my emotions. 2. I don’t invalidate others emotions. 3. I don’t give into peer pressure, that’s fucking dumb. 4. I don’t overthink things, I underthink them. I’m just like yeah I’m living, right now I am doing school, I am sad, I am happy. 5. I don’t have issues with personal boundaries, it’s whatever. I don’t have issues with anything, I’m desensitized to living. 6. I don’t seek validation, I just don’t expect it anyways. 7. I don’t care about situations in or out of my control, I don’t care about anything. 8. I don’t avoid constructive criticism, because I make an abundance of mistakes so all I can do is hope for help. I get a lot of help but none of it helps me. 9. I don’t avoid change, that’s what life is. Everything changes every day, sometimes it’s just more sudden. I’m fine as long as I’m living and alright I guess. I’m still breathing, good enough.
A lot of people do NOT usually understand these concepts and sometimes don’t think it’s important and just go along with whatever. Understanding yourself and others is really important when going through with life. Thank God psych2go is here for us. I also love to hear the voiceovers🤍🥺

@@Psych2go Hey, I love your videos. I am extremely guilty of suppressing my emotions, I seek validation from others and I'm a huge over thinker. I though I would be a good candidate for emotional Intelligence due to my high empathy but I don't think so anymore 😂
I used to be completely hopeless with all these things but it feels great I can finally relate to them. I'm glad I became a Christian and allowed myself to cry and feel emotions I haven't felt in over a decade.
What happens when you don’t feel like you don’t have enough emotions cause someone called me insensitive cause they where sad and I felt nothing towards them so what would I do
I'll keep my emotions to myself and you can keep your emotions to yourself. Don't burden me with what's worrying you and I'll promise to do the reverse in return. Not only will I surpress my emotions I'll also repress them as necessary.
I more emotionally intelligent than I thought. This is surprising for me since I lived most of my childhood as an introvert and thought I had no real emotions. Since then I've been going about trying to understand the ununderstandable for me. I now feel very deeply and personal on many things and feel comfortable helping others sort their emotions.
Cosmin Matei if you can avoid confrontation and arguments it always makes life better ..... easier said than done but unless it is unavoidable confrontation will make a persons life unbearable
I'm emotionally intelligent when it comes to my own emotions. With other people, I've struggled to help them out, but that may be because I'm not the best at communicating. I've struggled to figure out how to cheer up others, so I just ended up looking at them while trying to express that I actually did care. In kindergarten I was told that when you make somebody else cry by hitting them, then you say sorry. I didn't know what to do when somebody else was crying, but I wasn't the one making them cry, so there wouldn't be anything to apologize for.
Me listening to this and relating to every point made me ...cry out of joy! And when she spoke about criticizing something I did, I take it as an advise! And the fascinating thing is that, I draw, and they portrayed a dude painting! Thats what I do! ✨ I relate to everything in this video! The fact that I cant do anything about the past so I don’t think about it, the fact that if something is beyond my control I don’t beat myself over it, the fact that , I let my cry out. I’ve never related to a video on this channel and here comes this video!✨😭💕
Apprently I can't be emotionally intelligent/emphatetic because I'm on the autism spectrum but I do all this (or well, avoid doing, you know) so what am I supposed to believe?
I have to build it up. I was always self aware of not having good emotional intelligence but never knew where to start as mean people will always try and hate you for whatever reason they can. This is an insightful video, thanks for sharing.

Hey friend, I was watching this video and saw your comment and I wanted to say I'm so sorry you've gone through so much! I know we don't know each other and I can't understand what you're going through but if you'd ever like to talk I'd be more than happy to!
"You don't usually overthink, you don't seek validation, you don't get frustrated over things out of your control" Those are so hard for me to achieve but I try
I'm so glad to know that I'm emotionally maturing so much! I used to be quite childish in my emotions, but now i can see all these things within my actions and it's putting me at peace. I'm glad my hard work Is working :)
Appreciate it mate !!!
Long way to go
But your hard will worth it 😇
#9 hit me the hardest especially since I'll be moving out for the first time. It's like they know what I'm going thru with every new video!
I feel I'm emotionally intelligent at recognizing others and my own emotions easily and their causes, but I'm also terrible at doing anything about them
I've been working on myself for more than a year, and I can see the difference I made in each one of these points. Surely, mental illnesses make it harder
I never knew that I was smart in any way until now, so I'm emotionally smart. That's awesome!
I love you guys so much, each and every one of you
We love you too. YOu deserve our second heart :)

I thought i was unable to be emotionally intelligent but I realize I do about half of the stuff brought up in the video
That voice is sooooo soothing it just comforts me so much...just i could listen to a 4 hour asmr by them and not get tired...
This video is so cute and the plants on their heads ✨
Do u know what the leaves here represent?
swati saini no, but they’re so cute! Maybe it’s about growing and learning? Not sure, sorry
@@Jessica-zd8gn leaves growing out of head signifies ongoing mental growth,😊🥰😭😍 also the tree in intro is shaped like human brain and psi picks one leaf representing learning about psychology
Disclaimer: I didn't came up with these explanations so credit to whoever found it but I do think it's 100% accurate interpretation. What do u think?🙂
swati saini Ohhh. Thank you so much. Makes sense. 🥰✨
@@swatisaini6447 noooo i was about to say something like this ❤️❤️❤️
I'm so glad i am now more emotionally intelligent than i was. We moved twice in the last four years and the first time i was completely against it, i didn't want to leave my friends, my school and my life and i hated my family for making me leave. But the second time i was actually glad and more open to moving, i realized that while the house we live in is different, i am still the same. I'll still have my old friends and i'll still grow accustomed to changes everyday and now i fully embrace change.
This is literally everything I’m NOT 😂😭
That’s ok! It takes time to be
Emotionally intelligent. Just as It takes time to become mature
Lmaoo let’s sulk into this corner together
everything I'm NOT *YET*
Same :’)
I see! What do you plan to do about this?
Can we just take a moment to appreciate the lovely voice and art?
You guys should start a psychology podcast!!! I am sure everyone (including me and my sister) would love it!!! Also congrats for 4 million!!! *throws confetti in the air* You guys deserve it for all of your hard work and supporting everyone here!
I would like to study psychology in my college. Its been my dream though. Its good to have such informative channel. Thank you very much😊❤️
Sees the title: I think I might be able to relate to some of them.
After watching the video: Wow, I'm more emotionally inteligent than I thought. I could relate to all of them.
I know you probably won't read this, but you guys have helped me in a way multiple people could've never. Thank you so much!
"I understand you're upset right now. How can I help you? What can I do to help you get through this?"
I think they meant these phrases to be overly general, but in a real life scenario these would come across as patronizing and too solution-based. When someone is in a pit, you mostly just want to sit there with them, not pressure them to get out or put yourself in a position of being a hero. It's okay to offer assistance, but you mostly just need to relate to them and be a resource at their disposal.
True!
Yeah I usually say things like: it's gonna be alright, this feeling doesn't last forever which they mentioned as a bad example. Don't get this, obviously the situation will no remain this bad forever and it is good to be encouraged anyways...
Timing is just perfect
Me: suppresses stress
Psych2Go: don't suppress emotions for too long
Deppression: * begins to exist *
Me: *suppresses deppression*
Hands down the most beatiful voice I've ever heard.
My Results:
It's absolutely enough! Keep going.
A lot of people do NOT usually understand these concepts and sometimes don’t think it’s important and just go along with whatever. Understanding yourself and others is really important when going through with life.
Thank God psych2go is here for us. I also love to hear the voiceovers🤍🥺

But since I'm from an other country, it's sometimes hard to understand everything without the subtitles.. and I will be sad to miss one tiny bit of it !
Can you please make the people from all over the world, and the disabled ones happy ? 🤗

Psych2Go: no❤
It's important to know how to feel, how to respond, and how to allow life in.
Tfw you realize you're NOT as emotionally intelligent as you thought....
this community is so wholesome 🥰🥰
I’m actually interested in the studies done on this topic. Those links in the description are useful :D
I agree with this video with the assumption that the person is under normal circumstances and has dealt with any mentally damaging problems or situations.
watching this was like a slap to the face that im non of anything here
im sorry :( there is always time to grow!!
TBH your voice is so much soft and so calming .
Anyone else realise that they're the opposite of emotionally intelligent after watching this?
How many of these things are you guilty of doing?
@@Psych2go Hey, I love your videos. I am extremely guilty of suppressing my emotions, I seek validation from others and I'm a huge over thinker. I though I would be a good candidate for emotional Intelligence due to my high empathy but I don't think so anymore 😂
I used to be completely hopeless with all these things but it feels great I can finally relate to them. I'm glad I became a Christian and allowed myself to cry and feel emotions I haven't felt in over a decade.

I only just subbed to you a minute ago lol and I get early at a few seconds
I do all of these except for that frustration part. Sometimes I do overthink the consequences and get frustrated. Now I am working on it.
What happens when you don’t feel like you don’t have enough emotions cause someone called me insensitive cause they where sad and I felt nothing towards them so what would I do
I just want to say thank you, truly. I've been watching for over 2 years and have learned a lot and became more intune with myself.

I'll keep my emotions to myself and you can keep your emotions to yourself. Don't burden me with what's worrying you and I'll promise to do the reverse in return. Not only will I surpress my emotions I'll also repress them as necessary.

Hello Hanna :)
When im arguing with someone i feel a lot of pain on my chest and i cant breathe.... what is happening to my body?
I think you're experiencing a lot of stress when arguing, that's why you're having these physical symptoms
Anxiety......
@@miirasaika6437 thank you i think that i should go to a pshicholog...

If you have right to smile from heart when you are happy.. then you have every right to cry from heart when you are sad..
I love their animation so much. ♥️♥️♥️ kawaii
The most relaxing and beautiful voice ever! So calming!
Me untill i watched that video: i can understand humans
After watching it: I'm officialy emotionally dumb person
I'm emotionally intelligent when it comes to my own emotions. With other people, I've struggled to help them out, but that may be because I'm not the best at communicating. I've struggled to figure out how to cheer up others, so I just ended up looking at them while trying to express that I actually did care. In kindergarten I was told that when you make somebody else cry by hitting them, then you say sorry. I didn't know what to do when somebody else was crying, but I wasn't the one making them cry, so there wouldn't be anything to apologize for.
Well, today I learned I have zero emotional intelligence lol
That puppy is everything 🥺😍🐶
Why did the song make me think of “facing myself” but the slow version??
Just because you are autistic does not mean you can not be emotionally intelligent .
Sometimes you have to forgive & forget. Forgive them for hurting and forget they even exist.
-The Shades
the emotional intelligence is ability to express your emotions
me : *guess i'm dumb lol*
I really love her voice ,it makes me feel sleepy and relax while at the same time learning a lot ..
I surpressed my emotions all my childhood and now I'm depressed what do I do now? AHHHHHHHH ;-;
I have to build it up. I was always self aware of not having good emotional intelligence but never knew where to start as mean people will always try and hate you for whatever reason they can. This is an insightful video, thanks for sharing.
Fun fact: Everyone here thinks they're emotionally intelligent
Wait how did you know
