@andyknight1 Yes, the air or water pressure is still in the cannon after the water is airborne, so that little bit of air will escape though after the water is airborne or released from the cannon.
This is from 2010 and I was in Vegas in 2010, at a wedding...which lasted about as long as the marriage lasted, it must have been such a huge pleasure to have me there compared to the usual vermin that frequents this place.
The "XTremeShooters," the largest air-powered nozzles, which were added about a decade ago (there are only 14 of them) really do go over 400'. The "HyperShooters" go 250' and were designed so that, seen from the strip, the water would appear as if it was going higher than the building, but yes, the new ones really do go approximately 400'. 460 is a bit high, yes.
The fountain is ok, but the bellagio is ugly as hell. As architecture I mean. Slightly I can see a copy of the eiffel tower, for me it's another flaw, because you don't get any good thing with anything that isn't the original. There's no point to do that.
That is actually a neat job. No customers underwater. And if there are customers underwater, they’re usually dead and don’t complain.
the underwater customers are misbehaving shooters (those that shoot water with nothing but air) and rogue oarsmen (sway nozzles)
I'm gonna bring my fishing pole next time I go. Maybe I can catch a puffer fish.
The first time I went to Vegas and saw the fountains, I literally wept, it was so beautiful.
What a neat job 😊😊😊 And a fantastic water feature 💧💧💧

I wonder if they found my lens at the bottom of the fountain ...lol
loved watching them in 2012. What makes the bang noise? is it just the water pressure?

They need to put some slots down there!!

I guarantee some diver have found a Rolex or two down there. I’m sure they have found a lot of jewelry
460 ft. into the air ?... that would be 200' taller the the hotel or more,......I just don't think so.... 50' might be the number.
