Hello bro i have a question Can i capture android traffic like url of embedded video with netstat ?

My DHCP suddenly stopped distributing IPs. In "Address Leases" no IP appears, it is blank. I tried authorizing, stopping the service, starting it and restarting it, but "Address Leases" still remains blank. The Ipv4 and Ipv6 symbols are with their green checks, even so the service does not distribute IP. Could you give me some recommendation? I'd be really grateful. Thanks in advance!
