Hey u did the whole boat in tpu ? Wouldn’t the chassis twist and break stuff with too much power or just th front of the boat ?

Also planning on building an Autonomous Sonar Boat. Purchased most of the supplies needed 3 years ago but got sidetracked building a house. Maybe 2024 will be the year I get it done and post the video of the process. I had planned on putting all of the electronics in the same box so I'll need to come up[with a way to shield the transducer cables with that single box. Also, I think I'm going to separate the drive power from the sonar's power with two different batteries.

it is interesting to learn that skid steer is not reliable for boats according to your experience but very reliable for ground vehicles. aluminum foil around wires, have you tried to ground foil which was attached to wires? you cannot put gps and compass module inside faraday cage, so you put them outside? will be great to chat to learn more

Love the idea to print in TPU. In order to replicate properly, could you maybe share some more details: - what tweaks were required? - what TPU shore hardness - close up video of the hull to see details and flex Share your findings and design with cgtrader community, that would be awesome!

As an avid RC guy and lifelong disc golfer I'd love to see how you made your drone. I used to scuba dive in our lake with 2 foot visibility to retrieve discs. This is so cool. Thanks in advance for any insight you can give me.
