Is there a way to flatten the terrain in the editor? That might help to avoid having pyramids with floating corners and such. Still, it looks really good!

How do you rotate buildings?
shift + mouse wheel
Shift + ctrl+ arrow or scroll
Tip: if you press Alt+Shift+M it will hide the UI so it will look even more beautiful!

@@ageofdesign9936 and do you use fxaa or fsr2.0? when I do fsr2.0, moving shadows and particle effects like the smoke of destroyed buildings or the hero aura have this weird square graphics

I guess you can do it , in the editor map , but I think you mean in game yeah I’ll be nice
Wonderful! To be frank this is why I went into 4X games as those are forgiving in regards to city building. RTS matches are just too hectic to city plan, though I prefer the look and feel of it over 4X.

I love how beautifully done the city is. Although I would suggest the usage of either Kronos or Oranos, so we can see the Atlantis tile. Also based on Timaeus and Critias, Atlantis capital will have a concentric rings of land and water with the main temple in the middle

No where , I deleted them cuz you can see them through in blue behind the buildings
How do you place upgraded guard towers in editor? It only allows me to place the wooden watch towers.
It wasn’t on the editor , it was a regular match

AoM Editor is seriously one of the best features of the game, or even better than the main game itself.

Maybe a bit of an over-reliance on towers, and the Gaia pool kind of broke my immersion a bit.
Now that's how properly built base should look like. Not those ugly messy slums which rank-chasing pros are creating that make my eyes bleed. Thumbs up!

@@ageofdesign9936 Perhaps not against competitive human enemy and more difficult AI, but who cares? Only those rank-chasing pros, and don't let their pseudo-superior attitude ruin your experience. Let them play the game for climbing the over each other for ranks, we play it to enjoy it. We create art, let them smack themselves over heads with sticks between themselves if that's what they consider being "fun" xD

It looks great! Just a little tip, use Norse dirt type of grass to make the path in wich citizens will ussually walk.

i make maps, and cities for fun and then play them, it's a decent map, the more you have fun in the editor the more you realize you can do from all points of view. Congrats
