The packing was quite easy to put on basically just undoing 4 bolts on the muffler and using pliers to pull out the old packing then just cut the new stuff to size and your done.

I know I’m pretty late but can I make the nob thing that ur hands on can I make that to use a front loader like open and close the tool and move it up and down?
@@tiernan1457 I know you can move the front load up and down as well as the bucket but I’ve never used it it’s a tool like that before

Another way to feel temps of coolant is to rest your hand on the side of the cylinder, One of the most accurate ways to get temps for sure.
That’s true but the cylinder could feel hot before the coolent is actually warm enough. If you went hard one the throttle all the cold coolent would enter the cylinder and could cuase serious damage.
@@Canadian_offroad_Adventures I mean on a cold start everything is cold. no temp in coolant. Therefore, as you're revving it higher and higher coolant would be circulating obviously creating and even amount of temp in the rad and the barrel. But yeah, your right maybe if the bikes been left out in the sun and on the barrel then it might not be as accurate.
its actually better to ride the 2 strokes to warm them up but 4 strokes can idle
That’s why I’m not letting the bike idle
or leave it idle too long, your gonna foul your spark plug
I left it idle for 10 seconds it will be fine plus it’s just a spark plug I have lots of
I let my cr 85 idle till the top of the radiator gets warmish and then I’ll start giving it throttle ibut if it begins to get kind of a low idle anything below 1200. I’ll give it a couple revs
your supposed to get it warmed up by slowly riding for the first 1-2 mins not just sit there and rev it

Why would I get a bike that I can’t ride because it’s too big? Now I could fit on a 150 and will prob get a new bike in the spring.
