Are they Genuine Kia alloys or first copy. Do you have warranty for them. Do you have Invoice for them. If in the event something goes wrong with alloys, will Kia take the ownership of the damages.

After upgrading wheel size, there is a difference in actual speed and reflected in speedometer, how do you correct that?
I didn’t upgrade the wheel size, Prestige variant comes with 16”. I asked dealer guys to upgrade to 17 but they said they can’t recommend it as its against vehicles default structure. So i continued in 16” , just changed to alloye

Tyres are heavy, if that wire snaps due to bad quality or stress ageing, could lead to any big accident. This should not be allowed by regulatory body..
Wire only for lifting, at the end it will be bolted.

No, thats a built in feature
But it is difficult to fill the air right? Generally after 2-3 months, the air pressure will go down. Then we needs to pull it down again. If it is at the boot, the air can be filled without taking the tire out from the boot.
But it saves lots of space in boot, we are getting xtra boot space and extra seats, and the air wont go down in 3 months for sure, also you can ask the showroom guys to fill the air while they service the vehicle, that will be enough na..

Why didn't you change the wheel size?
As it’s not recommended, i asked them to upgrade to 17 but they said if we change the built in measures then the tyres life will be reduced and stability issues etc, so i continued with R16. Also if I upgrade to to 17 then i need to purchase 5 tyres too .

Base variant doesn’t have alloy by default, the alloy which we install from showroom is the original diamond cut alloys..

Kia should go simple way, if they hiked price in April 1, they should give Caren car booked on or before March 31 at same old price. This is indeed unjustified situation. Kia should have not played with emotions of people, also their marketing with bookings is unethical. They may lose case in court.

After 1st service i am getting a mileage around 13 in city, which is pretty good for car like this, it’s really a feature loaded spacious powerful RV
@@techybreak117 13 in city is good. Did you get some aftermarket parts? or all accessories from KIA only? and from where did you buy? when you booked?
@@tonygmalayil limited accessories with kia now, there is another video in which i explained the accessories i did, I didn’t check aftermarket, waiting for DRL etc, since you booked Prestige Plus all the DRL kind things are there in the variant, i booked car on the very next day of price announcement (16 feb) and got the vehicle in 3 weeks.

Actually you can’t compare it with Ertiga, its nt just mpv feel.. its more than that. You can compare it with Alcasar. Also in look Carens have an SUV look, but Ertiga don’t have. My main concern was height and carens is too good in that case. Its really spacious, powerful big vehicle with great features.

Kia doesn’t support 15” alloys, you have to do it from after market, also you need to but 4 extra r16 tyres as your car tyre will be R15
You can exchange tyres in aftermarket
