      @@EzraSwannellFishing Unfortunately, no I can’t explain it. I was keen to look back at my footage when I got home to see how I did it, but I personally couldn’t see how I was at fault. I had footage leading right upto that incident but I didn’t bother adding it to the video. My rod is out of warranty now so I didn’t worry about trying for a claim. I have 3 sk rods and they all have caught me plenty of fish. They are good rods, you can feel plenty of vibration through the stick but you have to be super carful with the tips as they all have very fine tips. Definitely would recommend trying the sk range but treat with care 👍 Thanks for watching.

      Gday Mick. Yeah, almost made it mate. The mouth was only a 1/2 km from where I started fishing below the bridge. It’s been a very dry autumn/winter season this year and nearly and all the mouths from Warrnambool to the south Australian border have been blocked at some stage due to lack of water flow. The Merri mouth was open but still had a heap of sand deposits not far from the bridge hence why I couldn’t quite make it to the mouth. Say gday to all and hope everyone is doing well 👍

    Hi Craig, Can this battery run power for dometic fridge 25L? If can how long can run the fridge without charging up the battery? Thank you

    • @craigtsadventures7414
      @craigtsadventures7414 Рік тому

      Hello Nora. This certainly supports your dometic fridge.. In most stores, I believe the new dometic fridge comes with standard 12v and 240v cable. There is connection points for both 12v and 240v on the powerhub unit that will enable power to be supplied to your fridge. BCF also sell dometic cables with Anderson plug connectors mounted on the end of the cables. I highly recommend getting one of these as Anderson plugs have a nice secure fitting. Your standard 12 volt connector can often work loose when commuting. There is also an Anderson plug connection socket mounted to the powerhub unit. The dometic fridge roughly draws 40 - 50 watts out of your battery when running. The powerhub unit has the capacity to draw upto 300 watts, So your fringe will have no problems running from this unit. As for how long it will run, we’ll that will depend on your battery. I recommend getting a deep cycle battery. I can’t give you an exact time but with a deep cycle battery you should roughly get 12 to 18 hrs before it will need to be re changed. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching 😀👍

The Alternator chargers battery in power pack when driving. Alternative when stationary I could apply solar panels to power hub and run fridge as well. @@craigtsadventures7414 After watching I was wondering the same thing mate. I kept thinking "any time now he'll be wondering how he'll get this broken thing back home again". All that aside, it was a great video Craig, well done.

    That was a good little film Mr T. Looks like some camping gear might have been useful. Tough trip.

      Gday Mr foreman, great to hear from you as always. This canoe trip was pretty much a practise run for a canoe trip that I am planning for later this year. This next trip will be over 3-4 days and will involve camping out each night. Thanks for watching and say hi to Wilms and kriket for me.👍
