Disappointing Experience at Elysium Resort Alibaug I recently booked Elysium Resort Alibaug, unfortunately, my experience did not live up to my expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed that the resort was untidy, with litter and debris scattered around the common areas. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority, which was quite off-putting. I encountered dirty pool areas and unkempt outdoor spaces. Moreover, I was frustrated by the false promises made during the booking process. I had explicitly asked for a ground level room as i had a person on wheelchair, and at the time of booking the person told me there are only two steps, but when i vistied the place there were 2 flights of around 10 stairs. Forget staying there for a day, it was not worth even staying for an hour, we immediately left the place. I am following up for my refund for more than two weeks, but the number mentioned on the website (same number on which I made the payment), the person is nowhere to be located. Everytime a worker answers and tells me that Sir is out of town. Overall, I will not recommend Elysium Resort Alibaug. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them ASAP.
