I have several other businesses I am involved in. You can’t count on making money like this all the time so it doesn’t really work as a primary source of income. I stated trading a lot better when I focused on other things and just traded good opportunities as they presented themselves.

Much appreciated! For this one I am using Flutter frontend and Supabase for backend. I am slow and only have a few hours a day max to work on it so it will probably take me 6 months to get it to a point that it is ready for users. A good full-time developer probably could have it done in a month.

It was a PH neutral shampoo, but yes. I am striving to avoid that in the future.

You could very well be right, but that logic is also exactly what creates the opportunity for someone like me that is willing to take on the risks that other hosts are not and figure out how to make it profitable even with the additional challenges. I’d much rather be investing resources into a differentiated business for an underserved segment of the market than joining all the other hosts on the race to the bottom for the economy car market. Still might not work out though, my 1st month’s PnL suggests differently though. We will see. Will be documenting the entire journey.
