HOLD ON...Queen Creek has grown so rapidly these past several years (and is continuing to do so), the road infrastructure has not kept up with the population demand and the amount of people, cars, homes, etc. is the equivalent of the city planners/ council members cramming 10 gallons of sand into a 5 gallon bucket.

It’s insane this home anywhere else would at least be. 10mil and up but in a place like this just 5 like what 💯!!!

Wow!, half a million dollars +...only doctors, lawyers, politicians, tv evangelists, can afford that...looks like 90% of us cant afford to own a home now due to flippers, investors, monopolistic realtors, etc. No person or business should own, buy , or sell more than 2 homes...a place to live of ones own is a life necessity, like air, water, clothing, food.
