My name is Ryan Lecour and my passion is building 7 and 8 figure staffing & recruiting businesses that launch, scale, grow and sell with blazing speed.
Staffing & recruiting is an AMAZING business to get into because it is low risk and a great way to kick-off your entrepreneurial journey. If you are willing to COMMIT, there’s no reason for why you cannot be successful. All you need are your brain, your vocal chords and some good old fashioned FOCUS.
Learning from the mistakes that I already made doesn’t hurt either.
I started in 2011 at a small mid-town Toronto firm where I was mentored by a perennial MILLION dollar biller (that’s rare) - it was an eye-opening experience and I learned as much as I could.
Then I took these lessons and became the top biller at the world's largest recruiting agency within my first 2 months.
Fast-forward to 2014 where I started my own agency that scaled to 7 figures in 7 months and 3 brick and mortar locations in 1 year. It was a wild ride!
Then I put processes, systems and managers in place and traveled with my wife and kids while the business kept growing. In 2016 I had larger agencies submitting offers to buy my business and had a successful exit that same year.
Since then my wife Monika and I have been helping others launch, scale and grow through sevenfigurestaffing.com. It’s been a thrill and we absolutely love watching new entrepreneurs leave their 9-5s once they start generating massive revenue in a few short months.

Did this video help you get clear on Step 1 in starting your staffing/recruiting business? Tell me why or why not...
Why is it a bad idea to use recruiting/staffing agency in your introduction (business name)? Yes, you want to present yourself as unique and stand out but, if they’re already working with other agencies, then being unique isn’t a prerequisite for doing business with them. I don’t understand why that is such a bad thing.
The idea is that we don't want to be put in the 'frame' of the typical agency - we are more than that and ideally it's best to not allow gatekeepers to put us in that category. Also, we want to build a brand that can command respect and scale. Notice that Korn Ferry is not 'Korn Ferry Staffing' - they don't let the world put them in that box.
