What do I check after setting all this up, gpupdate /force and its still not locking after entering the wrong password pass the amount set. (3 for example).

Backgroup music is the worst idea possible in any training course... it is annoying, it makes understanding the teacher really hard, and it is making understanding the accent of the speaker really hard. It would be a good video if it wasn't for that
