Well done, love the vibe

Just an hour and a half from nearby Mobile, we frequent Naval Aviation Pensacola. The Blue Angels practice there most every Tuesday and Wednesday from March through October - check their schedule posted online.

Lived in Pensacola a couple of times...back in 04 and again 2018 really loved the place, but the hurricanes have always worried me. But, I'm starting to think "the hell with them" and make the move again...permanently. thx for the vid.

The Cubi Point "O" Club in the Philippines was dismantled and re-assembled in the Museum. All visiting Squadrons left their Insignia on the walls. A historic Club to have lunch in. Highly recommend a visit.

I was there before 2007 and yes the museum is bigger than I thought. I spent most of my time on the ground floor of the museum. I can understand why you’re son was a bit overwhelmed even for an aircraft nerd like myself there is a lot to take in. I do recommend the cafe bar and the food was good. They really do have the (West pac) plaques that list the ships and navy carrier air wings that participated in those Cold War exercises, I don’t know of any other place that civilians get to see that kind of stuff. I think at the time i got a drink refill it’s good idea hydrate it was hot that day before leaving the cafe and museum its Florida. I like your idea of grabbing a map and “zoning it out” to see what you want to see by interest. Wished i could have stayed overnight closer to that area alas I had a larger family trip. I do remember having gone to other military museums on bases the security requirements differ from time to time check with the museums web site or call ahead and find out so you can spend more time at the museum.

We love that whole area! You could do a whole weekend at the Ponce Inlet. The Jetty was a lot of fun!

My dad had a condo at Mirabella for man years and I would get to take the family down for a week each year and we would go to the museum every year. Looks like it has changed some as it would every year just a little. I thought it was cool that the floor in the WW2 area is the deck from the aircraft carrier that G.H.W. Bush flew off of during the war. The walk down main st. Is very cool too. If you go, go w or someone or kids that do not want to spend all day

Like #3! We love Botanical Gardens during the wintertime. I love that feature on Google. You take a photo and hit search on Google. It was a rough 3 weeks for the Tampabay area. We lucked out, but there are still places that are flooded. It is crazy! Great tour!

There is a theatre downtown called "Stage Door" it is on the 3rd floor of an old building on Caroline street in Fredericksburg, VA. They have all kinds of shows there and sometimes they have matinee shows for kids. I think the current Child friendly production coming up is "Anastasia" you would have to check out their website for more information. Also, downstairs in the same building has a child friendly bookstore called "Jabberwocky" which is really neat. There is a mom and pop ice cream shop right across the street from there called Abner's Ice Cream". Not sure if your children would like this for dinner, but there is a really nice Asian restaurant on the same street called Osan which is pretty good if you like Chicken Teriyaki or Sushi. If not, there is a real awesome pizza place called Benny's on the same street (Caroline St), which serves Gigantic and I mean Huge pizza's - I"m sure your children would love it, if they love pizza. It is the largest pizza I have ever seen. You can buy it by the slice there too. Hope this helps. Loved your video. Thank you for sharing your adventures in Fredericksburg.

This is such a fun street to walk! There is this pink hotel by the bridge Mike, and I thought it would be cool to stay. The food looks good! Banana coffee and lavender mimosas, yum! The beach is incredible there! Thanks for the tour! We loved New Smyrna!
