Thanks a lot. I stopped drinking alcohol since 2022, after decades of drinking whiskey. I live healthier and better today. I was a functional drinker. That means that I never lost my job or my partner or any of my friends because of it. I was never indebted because of it. I paid all my bills regularly and cared for my family. Nevertheless, alcohol was on the verge of ruining my health. I never thought that I could ever stop drinking whiskey. Thank God, I made it. I am also very proud of myself for my new life. I would advise some people in Esanland (Ishan) to form an AA group. That stands for Anonym Alcoholic group. This group is everywhere in the whole world. The idea of the group is to help alcoholics to stop drinking. The members will be former alcoholics and the alcoholics who want to stop drinking alcohol. Reject the first glass of alcohol only day by day. Say to yourself that tomorrow, you won't drink alcohol. Do so one day after the other. Soon it would be three days, three weeks, three months, three years.... I would like to join the group from outside of Ishan.
