    I just want to get under 200 I hate myself but the Doctor said I was insulin resistant and menopause is not helping I workout but nothing works I refuse to use Ozempic and take diabetic meds from people who need it I thought about trying this my problem is not eating I eat once sometimes twice a day a day and yes I do feel terrible I went 15 days without take out so I know I can do it I just need some weight loss to boost my self esteem 🤷‍♀️

    Awwee my first born was named Josiah sadly he was a still birth at 33weeks April 14 of 2022 I am currently 9months with my second baby boy and will be induced July 5th he is very healthy and I am blessed God gave me another baby boy I do miss my first though !     I recommend only taking one tablet and sticking with that because honestly 2 tablets may cause you to feel lightheaded. I took 2 once and I can never do it again. I'll tell you that 1 with coffee or just a green. Coffee bean extract pill is better than taking 2 hydroxycuts because it'll overdo it for you. Trust me be careful you can have too much caffeine and possibly pass out but they are good. You just gotta be very careful with. How many you take if you're sensitive to caffeine? Like me
