Over the years, there has been no systematic and effective training book and information on the market，so we iFix team decide to do it. Our training, from principle to maintenance, from hardware to software, from abstract theory to real board classic case, from veneer structure to chip classification, from single software to the mass-produced software, is not only suitable for beginners, but also provide a variety of convenience and improvement for the engineers who have a certain level. Our aim is to make the system perfect, and let you learn and master more and better content in the simplest way.
The course is going to be divided into four parts:
ⅠThe function and structure of mainboard: introduce the main function of mainboard, let you know the structure of mainboard and the connection between mainboard and other boards in TV, set up the direction of learning;
ⅡChip scheme summary：give the main introduction to the popular chip scheme on the market. Now more and more chip models are used on the mainboard, the different chip scheme, the method to upgrade the software is different, the command under the console is different, and the printing information is also different, which means there’s a difference in maintenance thinking.
Well, the main purpose of our study is that once you see the failure phenomenon and then see the corresponding chip model, we can work out a rough maintenance plan at the same time;
Ⅲ Hardware and software system of mainboard: to master the mainboard hardware circuit, power supply system, analog circuit, digital circuit, analog circuit signal input processing part, MCU part of the digital circuit, DDR part, Flash part, etc.
Learn and understand the software architecture of Android, and master the startup process, because only learning and mastering these you can quickly judge by printing information.
Print Information Analysis and mastering: no matter it is the smart TV or the functional TV we repaired, the printing information has become an indispensable knowledge point. And the purpose of the accurate judgement can be achieved by the printing information combined with the Andriod system startup process.
Ⅳ real practice application
Master welding skill: the success rate of welding in maintenance determines the repair rate, and all the knowledge learned will eventually be reflected on the welding, that’s why everybody said mastering the welding skill is equal to half success to learn the maintenance skill. Now matter how strong the theoretical knowledge is, it will still be in vain due to the bad practical operation ability. So, mastering the knowledge of welding is the most important thing in learning!
So what should we know about welding? Chip resistor, chip capacitor and main chip.
Small size BGA, such as EMMC, DDR and so on, large size BGA main chip, we all need to fully master.
At last, we will select a few popular market mainboard for real case induction, a large number of actual maintenance video will upload one after another.
This course is mainly based on smart TV mainboard, so as long as you master the above knowledge, then no matter how to change our maintenance technology will not be out of date. Of course, once you mastered the mainboard maintenance of smart TV, it would be a piece of cake to return to repair the functional TV.

Всем привет! извините заранее но не понял пока куда написать свой вопрос? Интересует работа с разделами RPMB на ЕММС? ситуация такова, прогер RT809H на новых ЕММС записывает ПО все норм и когда ставишь новую ЕММС ТВ заводится и все норм работает,всем это понятно что счетчик и ключи нам не прописаны и процессор в новой ЕММС все прописывает сам, а вот с родной или другой б.у микросхемой не работает,так как Разделы заблокированы и не потдаются записи или стиранию,подскажите пожалуйста если возможность нашим программатором как то это решить?обнулить стереть или как то по другому обойти разделы RPBM что бы можно было спокойно работать с родными еммс?

Этот программатор не способен считать с ENE KB9028Q путём подключением через провода. KB9022Q также не удалось считать через переходник. Делал всё по инструкции, но KB9022 и KB9028 не как не удалось прочитать. Весь день потрачен но без результата.
Значит не правильно делал. Всё пишет и читает.
