That's what was reported to me by several Disney contacts.

@DisneyA-Z crazy low! We have been to several After Hours (back at MK in May!). Seems like much more than 3k. MK capacity never officially released, but reported anywhere from 90k to 110k. So 20% capacity would be 18k and park would be empty. After Hours are FANTASTIC. Only way we will go to rhe parks now.

I would never promise that you will get everything done BUT I think the odds are pretty good you that could.

@xterra4hire we did a Hollywood studios After hours and didn't dine, but we were able to ride everything (rocking roller coaster was closed) including multiple of some (Rise of the resistance we rode 3 times!). They let us in about 12 minutes early, so we were in line at Rise by 7pm , off by 745. That was the longest queue. Slinky dog was under 15 minutes at very end of night. Most other rides were walk ons after the park closed to day guest. We did 4 rides in the 'early entry' period (7-10).

Unless a ride was temporarily down for some reason, all rides were open when I attended.

Food for 7 can easily rack up some serious dollars. I agree that free dining would be best for you!

I know in the warmer months, the trees help hide them some but you are right that they do stick out in World Showcase. As to why they were built, I could go into a whole video on that. Basically it boils down to Disney needed help financially in the 80s and made deals that they had to to make it through.

That is correct that it started in front of Odyssey. But from my sources, it did extend out to parts of World Showcase Lagoon.

And I’m willing to bet you see smaller crowds on the Canada side by starting that way. It seems like a majority start in Mexico.

If you want smaller crowds at Epcot, I would say go when there isn’t a festival going on. Or if there is a festival, don’t go on weekends as that’s when a lot of locals will go.

That’s one thing I like about Disney, they try to update their rides with current things. Swapping in a VR headset would seem to be more relevant to the younger crowds today.

Yes it did start in front of the Odyssey but from my sources, I was told that it extended out into the lagoon. Who knows!
