Wow, saw the show in Chicago.....the boys brought it.........and sounds like they are keeping it going.........by the way, the songs have been given new life.....look into the late model remixes.......no letdown there.
Switchfoot fans are for life. I was 9 when I heard the beautiful letdown. I saw them live at the Fresno fair in California, they were touring with relient K and I’ve been a life long fan. I’ve seen them live 4 times. Any time I could afford it in life from the best yet, native tounge. And I just always feel 9 years old when I turn on an album. Especially this one. They kept upping the sound each album released and changing the tone of thought with the lyrics. Every song just resonates inside me to this day.

So is God's conflict with Satan and sin fear based on His part?
In the simplest of terms, Lucifer (a powerful angel but a created being) pursued being god and God said, (my interpretation) Not on my watch! Don't let the door hit you in the back!) Don't get me wrong. He's very smart and convinced a third of the angels to follow him, right out the door! However, he's a counterfeiter and a copycat. He can not create anything! Satan's convinced many to follow him and one of his tactics is fear! The spirit of fear is alive and well on planet earth. Don't let the enemy, Satan deceive you. 1J0hn 4:8 He that does not love does not know God; for God is love. 1John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear: because fear has torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love. So, there's that! No conflict here.
