nice video man, have a good one !
I like your videos ❤
never stop this
This comment means more to me than you know. No intentions of stopping, welcome to the movement brother.
I have to chase progress! right? or do I? the solutions from the perfectionist mind are always perfectionist solutions. so, what's the perfect amount of imperfection? weird thought-what if I just... progress? or, what if I don’t? what happens then? been chewing on this for a while, and it’s pretty fascinating. thanks for the vid dude.
Very interesting contemplations, thank you for sharing! I have no answers but can offer perspective from my own experience! I got so caught up and attached to chasing progress that I was actually getting in my own way. And worse, I felt guilt or dissatisfaction when I found myself doing anything that wasn't resulting in "progress". (This was not good for my relationships or mental health) When I came to the realization that the idea of progress means there is some type of destination to be reached, and that this belief was stealing my peace I was able to detach from it and realize that If you aren't enjoying the journey, thinking that you'll someday reach a destination that will make it all worth it - you are wrong. The journey is the destination. Hope this makes a little sense, I'm interested to here if it sparks any thoughts or ideas in you!
This was great! I’d love to see more guided meditations
Coming soon!!! Thanks so much for the feedback!
good stuff tristan! having emotions is not a weakness it’s a strength
Thanks @piggylivvy for reminding me. Sometimes I forget this message myself and need to be reminded 💚
even though you want to run, even though it’s heavy and difficult, even though you’re not quite sure the way through, healing happens by feeling 🧘🏼♂️
110% can’t go around emotions gotta go through them
you don’t always have to be doing something, you can just be and that’s plenty ⭐️
Something our society has unfortunately forgotten. You’re worthy just because you are. Not because of what you do. This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t strive towards purpose, but that we shouldn’t attach our worth to the progress we make.
Well said, man. Reminds me how in Europe they moved to a 4 day work week which makes everyone happier and more productive. Let's bring that to America
Absolutely man! I didn’t realize they had 4 day work weeks in Europe, but sounds like something we could definitely benefit from!
I am feeling really good right now
Good. That’s the way you’re supposed to feel!
I needed this video so much rn, cheers

Thank You!! For watching I appreciate your kind comment 🙏💚
Hey, i’ve found a-lot of value in your videos. I’m already on the journey that you talk about. I live in Australia, is the call you are talking about a web call? I’d like to talk to you and get your perspective on my life and see what the next step is towards self improvement.
Yes I’d love to talk and see how we can get you moving forward! You can book an online call through this link, Tuesday or Wednesday is preferable if you’re free either of those days, I’ll be attending a Men’s retreat Thursday through Sunday! calendly.com/tristanrobbins/discovery-call Looking forward to connecting!
u kinda look like how I would imagine Matthias helvar
I’m intrigued, who is this??
OMG SAMEE
@@MindfulManMovement he is a fictional character in six of crows series
I’m gonna have to look into this 🤔
@@MindfulManMovement such a good series if ur a fantasy reader too!
1. Sleep: Regular sleep schedule, remove blue lights 1-2 hours before beed time, getting sun exposure early in the morning and through out the day, not eating 3 hours before going to bed, sleep mask, what you do right before going to bed and right after waking up has impact on rest of the day (be consious of thoughts and feelings, journaling) 2. Movement: 3-4 times per week 3. Diet: More fruits, more veggies, no processed food, high quality food, regular eating window 4. Having positive social interactions: seek out positive and uplifting interactions -> more energy, boost mental health, help you be the person you want to be 5. Be conscious of what you’re consuming: Consume less, create more, low quality input -> low quality output, curate what you watch and listen to, inspiring and enjoyable content, find creative outlet -> good for mental health 6. Doing deeper work on yourself: Geeting to rout cause of your issues -> mental health, let go of things in the past that are keeping you down
Not only are you summarizing the key points for others, you are enhancing your own learning. Well done my friend, thank you 🙏
Love the video bro. I hope you continue to groe
Thank you! May you continue to grow as well 🙏

preciate you bro, its crazy how a phone can control your life
It really is crazy - it's honestly become the new "normal"
thanks buddy , really needed this
Glad you found some value, thank you!
Good one 👍🏼
thank you!
Nice thumbnail! Yet, even better information. Will apply.
Thanks Patrick! Been working on my thumbnails lately, hope you are applying this information and prospering!
good stuff tristan 👏🏼 instant gratification fuels our temptation to giving into instant dopamine sources. it becomes hibitual to the point you aren’t even aware your actions are all attributed to the dopamine chemistry in your brain. the higher you feel during dopamine highs the lower you feel during dopamine crashes
Very insightful comment piggylivvy, what do you feel like are the most meaningful sources of dopamine for you in your life?😉💚
T Rob always keeps it real - thanks!
I do my best Steve. I do my best. Thanks for watching 🫡
I sooo want to try a dumb phone but my job requires me to use WhatsApp and have frequent travelling and using Uber /cab services… which forces me to use a smart phone…
I completely understand. One thing I did for a while is have my dumbphone for day to day living, but still switched the sim card to my old smartphone when I would go on trips!
Ok, inspired. 77 days. If I take out the time I sleep, 110 days. That’s insane. Subscribed and liked, so I see you more when I come back from this detox…. I mean, IF!
I hope that your detox is going well for you and that it becomes a lifestyle for you! More content around this topic coming soon! Let me know how it goes IF you decide to come back 😉

I appreciate this video, I needed to hear this
Glad this found you when you needed it 🍀🙏
you seem so happy, i envy the genuine laughter and smiles you so easily have even though i know you sacrificed the short term pleasures for that
Thank you for your comment! I definitely do a lot of work prioritizing my mental space so that I can be positive on a consistent basis for myself and others. Know that while it is not always easy it is 100% worth it! Let me know if you want to connect more or want any ideas on where to start
If something is free, you are the product 😢
Hey, could you elaborate on how tracked your focus ? Thanks ❤️
Yes! I would set a timer for a specific amount of time, and challenge myself to stay focused on single task for that amount of time (whether an online course, some type of work, or even reading) Then I would add up that amount of time at the end of the day to get a realistic gauge of how much time I actually spent focused.
I like your videos ❤
Thank you 🍀🙏🙏
@@MindfulManMovement welcome and can we be friends 💙❤️😊
I got stuck on that kind of job which is i don't like it doing. I am doing only to pay my bills and loan. No intrinsic motivation comes while doing it ( Working as software developer ) . Feeling pressured and suppressed. Please suggest something. I want to pursue some other field like pshycology but i am not getting proper time with job. I am in fear like something will happen after leaving the job.
My friend it sounds like you are in a chapter of doing what you have to do for the time being. It seems like you are in a difficult situation, but I'm sure there is a light at the end of the tunnel if we choose to keep our eyes open and look for it. Do you feel that psychology is something you are passionate about? What attracts you in this direction? I'm sorry for the delayed response I hope this message finds you well
