    1. Sleep: Regular sleep schedule, remove blue lights 1-2 hours before beed time, getting sun exposure early in the morning and through out the day, not eating 3 hours before going to bed, sleep mask, what you do right before going to bed and right after waking up has impact on rest of the day (be consious of thoughts and feelings, journaling) 2. Movement: 3-4 times per week 3. Diet: More fruits, more veggies, no processed food, high quality food, regular eating window 4. Having positive social interactions: seek out positive and uplifting interactions -> more energy, boost mental health, help you be the person you want to be 5. Be conscious of what you’re consuming: Consume less, create more, low quality input -> low quality output, curate what you watch and listen to, inspiring and enjoyable content, find creative outlet -> good for mental health 6. Doing deeper work on yourself: Geeting to rout cause of your issues -> mental health, let go of things in the past that are keeping you down

      Yes! I would set a timer for a specific amount of time, and challenge myself to stay focused on single task for that amount of time (whether an online course, some type of work, or even reading) Then I would add up that amount of time at the end of the day to get a realistic gauge of how much time I actually spent focused.

    wonderful tips. i actually deleted all social media accounts four years ago and my life has improved greatly ever since. I can finally accomplish the tasks that will help me achieve my dream. i focus more on myself on improvement physical, mental, and psychological. I think for and of myself. I have a sane and proper conceptualization and relationship with the most important asset in life which is time and I make sure I dont waste it on things that are fruitless and unproductive. Social media is indoctrinating and brainwashing us, making us passive consumers often of imaginary and fake lifestyles and commodities. on the other hand others are using it to gather invaluable information about our psyches and lifestyles to use them to exploit us in subtle ways.

    • @trob2222
      @trob2222 Місяць тому

      Incredibly insightful comment! Glad to hear you’ve escaped the social media trap! While it can be used to exploit, it can also be used to connect, unite, and build. Like fire it can be used to cook delicious meals but it can also burn your house down. The key is in training your brain to maximize the positive effects while minimizing the negative - easier said than done but it is possible! Wishing you the best my friend!

    Deleted snapchat and Instagram in april .. almost 4 months past . I saw noticable difference that now i can focus on things for much more longer.. I can focus on long format life benefiting video's.. can read more then 20-30 pages per day .. Also can work for 3+ hours without losing my focus .. Short format really kills your attention span.. but after deleting insta and snap i can see that my attention span almost returned back to normal... Also avoid watching UA-cam shorts and focus on reading articles if i want to know about something instes of video's...
