In my opinion, Laxasia’s first phase is the best boss fight in the game. I don’t mean that as “She’s the hardest boss” or “She’s the coolest boss” What I mean is that she embodies what Lies of P is all about. Learning how to parry her attacks in the first phase is difficult but once you get the hang of it, it is so satisfying and fun to play against. Lies of P is completely different from most souls games because there is no souls like that can have this boss battle feel so rewarding for playing this risky. You learn to lose and improve every single time. Learning when to parry and when to dodge. Each death gets you closer to victory. Regardless of how quickly you die, or how long it takes to die. This is a boss battle about learning the hardest lesson to learn in the game. Determination. You gotta be a tough cookie to crack to beat Laxasia. that boss too easy i think i beated in 8 attempt

I didnt strugled for this boss, in fact all u had to do it was dodge and not parry 😭😭 it took me like 10 attempts max. Great video btw

first phase is alot easier when u parry and dodge for second phase

I found this fight a lot easier once I started rolling instead of parrying during phase 2

Here’s a little thing she’s not even the hardest in history There was to be a game that used to take Elden ring space at the Time its name was ninja guided in the chapter 6 boss fight you encounter death wish Feelings because the sisters are no joke The game is basically make a mistake you die. The punishment is. The past five is mine, leaving and run. Not literary, but it’s a pain.

It took me around 30 attempts on her the first time i killed her. Managed to do the first phase without taking damage and then perfect guard her lightning back into her in the second phase. Survive and hit her with her own ranged attacks.

If it's any relief, I struggled too and yup quit on the first day lol

I always highly recommend learning to be patient and learning over the course of many deaths, perfectly parring attacks. Even if you can’t perfectly parry you can block to mitigate most of the damage. However many bosses have attacks that can break your guard which should be dodged or run away from. Thats for beginners. If you’re a veteran I would absolutely encourage learning the moveset of bosses and perfectly parrying them because this game rewards you for playing risky rather than dodging attacks. Yes it is very deadly to perfectly guard every attack but that’s the point of the “Risk vs Reward” system in Lies of P. You can be early to block and receive less damage Or you can be completely off and miss the window to gain 100% of the attack’s damage. You might as well have stood there and done nothing. But then there’s that skill involved to perfectly guard an attack again and again to make a enemy vulnerable with a heavy attack which leads into a Fatal attack. Heavy damage overtime to those who can perfectly guard consistently. Less to those who run and dodge. Risk vs reward my friend. I hope you enjoy your journey throughout this incredibly unique game and I wish you the best success. Even when the game looked unbeatable you did the impossible and won. As someone who’s finished the game recently I struggled with this one too. My advice is for what’s coming, you need to learn to perfect guard a bit better it will save you and it’s very satisfying.(Even it means dying 10+ to get used to the move set lol). Make sure you don’t just hold guard cause you’re still taking damage if you don’t hit back. The dragon sword is quite hard to get used to I won’t lie, and you look like you prefer a charge attack that has a nice range (especially for those stagger windows) so I’d recommend the booster glaive handle. this is like one of the few bosses I managed to beat in 1 try it was really easy, what did almost make me quit tho was the black rebbit brotherhood 2 fight since its so annoying having to fight everyone at once like that also, nice vid 👍

an advice from a guy who platinum this game : 1- use throwing objects specially acid it's too good 2-an object named canon ball or something cuz when you throw it and the enemy when health bar is white they will get staggered 3- if you are picking the specter to help you in boss fight buy the health regain wishstone for the specter you can activate it by using the cube and believe me you will need it in the upcoming boss fight

Really enjoyed the video! Im going through a ng+ right now. You should try out the Bramble Curved sword blade with the Dancers Curved blade hilt! Tip, i didnt realize until too far is Fire is for Corpse enemies and Electric is for puppets lol.

They are mini-bosses in the game. If you build enough assassin damage, you can kill them with stealth pretty easily. A good amount of warrior damage though also makes them light work.
