    I have been watching your videos for the past two days. My mom was placed in hospice and I choose to keep her at home during her transition. There is limited help through the insurance company so I have to help her around the clock myself. Your videos have helped me significantly and I’m sure they will continue to help others that need guidance as well. 🙏 Thank you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

      God bless you and your mother. I did the same for my Grandfather. It is not an easy thing to do at all, it can be extremely overwhelming with all the emotions and the amount of care they need. I hope your mother is pain free and has a gentle transition.

    1. Where are the bedding and floor barriers ? 2. You don’t empty the bedpan into the SINK 3. The bedpan has to be rinsed THREE times 4. You NEVER touch the call light with the gloves you used to operate the bedpan ( use a napkin ) 5. You wash your hands before recording output 6. Not proper hand washing .. ( you flicked your hands & crumbled the paper )

    what if the patient isn't choking and goes unconscious, do you still need to do CPR?

    • @natetorres4292
      @natetorres4292 3 роки тому

      (Please read more) Yes BUT, only if they're not breathing or are only gasping. (Not breathing normally.) If they are breathing it'd be wise to call emergency services , still... And put their head between their knees or their feet up and extended on a object or whatever you can use really .... [You can even use yourself--.] If it's more convenient you can also place the person on their left/right side as shown in this video. The left is better. It is called the recovery position or lateral recovery position. You can do this during,before,after the person becomes unconscious It'd be preferred to do it during/before they become unconscious

    It actually be better if you guys would actually use somebody that weighs about two to three hundred pounds or somebody that can't actually move or pivot to sit Orchard stand. This is just too easy and it don't work like that it's never easy. Showing someone how to maneuver and move a person with a little person it never works out like that.
