1/2 teaspoon tandoori color powder (food coloring, if available)
2 teaspoons cumin seeds, ground
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Never put food colouring in tandoori marinade to achieve the red colour instead of the red food colouring you can put red pepper or capsicum paste or tomato paste
