Too bad. I fished here 50 years ago when we barely made it down the old Burma road. Caught a lot of fish. I guess this is what lots of people call progress.
burma road is still pretty much just a dirt trail. this is further downstream I dont disagree with you though, not what it used to be
Thank you for this..so humbling each cross was a young man scared but went forward toward death.. land of the free, home of the brave..🇺🇲
respect!!!
We drove over in July 2017 for a week, did my own intinery, managed to visit over 50 sites. So humbling.
Now that I'm down here waiting for a Tropical Storm to hit, I miss home. Of course, way up north to me was Elk Rapids.
Truly an overwhelming feeling of sadness, gratitude, and awe. But pride is also there, to call these souls my fellow Americans.. is truly a tremendous honor.
Just been there a few weeks ago,and it really makes you humble towards the fallen heroes,I can honestly say it was very difficult to make a video about this place
Thank you to the French people for preserving this hallowed ground. I found out I have a relative buried here, it's now on my bucket list.
If I knew I would visit his grave when I was there
Nothing and I mean nothing can prepare you for a visit to Colleville. I don't think there is any place on Earth as soaked in tragedy, dignity, and loss of innocence. Over 3/4 of the dead there were under age 20. It is a very, very, very beautiful and sacred place. No matter what your life circumstances, go there and spend a few hours finding a part of yourself that you maybe weren't aware of before.
Where I colleville??
go to tayne cot or menin gate
Music was certainly annoying. Not sure what the video was even about 🤔
Nice video and nice place....Hugs from Newark,NJ...
Why the hell you fishing Eagle river?
Mike Vrabel i used to live there, i always wanted to but never got around to it, i think its cool that he did it for the people who never got to themselves
I love that place
Great work!
