I was sent to the hospital for sh and was there for a while it made my self even worse I was crying a lot wishing to go home every day until I was let out. I’m so sorry, I know words are not much but I’ll try anyways. Hospitals suck, especially level 6 ones (sh, anger issues, s#icide, and etc.) I’ve been to about 5 of them, 1 long term. Yeah, they aren’t amazing at all, you can barely go outside, use coping mechanisms, or even see friends/family. But, even though it hurts so much, (at least for me) it’s a kinda good you’re scared to go to one. Even though being scared to get help sucks, but the amount of crying, and hurting, and even not seeing your family/friends kinda make you want to get better, want to get out, want to be happy. I know it’s hard to be happy, but you can get through this, I mean, you’re still here. No matter the nightmares, relapses, and panic attacks, you’re still here, and that’s what counts, that’s what matters. I’m here for you, if you ever need someone who understands what’s going on with you to an extent, I’m here. Take care of yourself, because you, you are what is most important in your life.

@@ch4in_s4w Are you on any meds? Or have any mood stabilizers? Or even a doctor? Or therapist? Meds take a bit to work, I had to wait 3 months to feel even a bit better, and I still have low days. It’s hard to wait that long, but don’t ever turn to nicotine or other drugs for help, I did that because I felt like my meds weren’t working. In the meantime of waiting for the meds to kick in, it’s better to get outside, draw (or any hobbies you like to do), enjoy the little things, talk to your friends or family(or your therapist if you have one that works for you and you like). If you really feel like you’re losing it late at night were everything goes quiet and your mind starts racing because you can’t sleep, never resort to hurting yourself, try to relax first, do something you like, then if it still gets worse, text 988. I know people tell you this all the time (doctor, councilor, therapist, etc.) but it really does help, meds aren’t happy pills, but are something that gives you a little push back on the certain thoughts, I had to remember that. And like I said, I’m always here for you bbg, through you alpha skibide phases and non alpha skibidie phases/ j on that last part 😍🫶🫶🫶🐺🐺🐺 (but in all seriousness, I’m really here for you through your high and lows.)
