About how long does it take? Can you stop at certain points. Food or beverages? Was out worth the money?

I am beginning to find out why Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort has gone downhill this year. Aimbridge Hospitality won the bid to manage the resort in January 2021. From what I've seen they must have been the lowest bidder. I've spoken with other guests who have been coming here for many years and they have seen a significant change in the resort in 2022 since they were here a year ago. They have noticed the same problems we have including a lack of maintenance/lack of upkeep, a general overall dinginess. For example, the grounds crew went from 11 to 14 on staff before Aimbridge took only 4 today - that's it for the entire grounds property! That's why you see bird poop on the lounges and on the patios where you walk, a general dirtiness everywhere, and things crumbling away. That's what you get when you reduce maintenance and support staff. They are also shutting down entire pool areas for large group convention events, so be sure to check in ahead of time as that pool area you wanted may not be available. For example, the adult pool in the main building where the lobby is has been shut down this week exclusively for a convention group.
