This is a model I built for Eurobricks contest TC26, with an arctic theme. It's mostly notable for its complex distribution gearbox system, allowing for 8 RC functions from only 4 motors, including a unique design built around the crane's turntable allowing for three functions to be selected through the center.
Lego Technic 1995 Geo Tracker
Переглядів 194Рік тому
This is a fun model I finished recently, which is a model of my real-life car! I think it might be my best-looking model yet, and while it's fairly simple mechanically, its off-road performance is satisfactory considering its scale. If you want more information, you can check out my post here: www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/196659-moc-1995-geo-tracker-suzuki-sidekickvitara/ In...

Lego Technic Lada Niva Trial Truck
Переглядів 359Рік тому
Here's an off-road capable Lada Niva model I built this summer for a race I'm hoping to do with some other guys here in Ontario, Canada. It's fairly quick, but can crawl reasonably well too!
Lego Technic Mini Mercedes-Benz Arocs MOC (Eurobricks Contest TC25)
Переглядів 2,2 тис.Рік тому
This is a model built for Eurobricks' latest contest, in which contestants are supposed to shrink an official Lego Technic set, while maintaining as much of the original function and appearance as possible. You can see its full WIP thread, and a final presentation, at www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/195231-tc25-42043-mercedes-benz-arocs-3245/
Lego Technic Land Cruiser 79
Переглядів 1,3 тис.Рік тому
This is a Technic model of one of my favorite trucks, with an emphasis on performance. I tried to find a balance between speed and torque, and I think it worked out alright. You can read more about it here: www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/194559-toyota-land-cruiser-79/
Lego Techinic 5+R chain-driven gearbox
Переглядів 324Рік тому
This is a new 5 R gearbox design based off of the ability of the new 20T spur clutch gear to engage with chain. It's quite straightforward for a 5 R, though switching gears is mildly complicated. You can read more about it at: www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/194532-chain-driven-5r-gearbox/
Lego Technic Space Police Truck "Special Delivery"
Переглядів 225Рік тому
This is a model built for Eurobricks' TC24 contest, with the theme of Space Police and Space Robbers. It's got a few surprise features that can be used by its crew of undercover Space Police officers to subdue rings of galactic criminals...
RC Modified Lego Star Wars UCS Republic Gunship
Переглядів 331Рік тому
This was an impulse build today... I just put a PF battery, receiver, and two M-motors inside the large amounts of wasted space in this set, motorizing the rotating missiles on the top and the opening doors. I think it worked well! I made some crude instructions as well, which I plan to put on Rebrickable soon.
Lego Technic Canadair CL-84
Переглядів 3372 роки тому
This is my latest Technic MOC, which is an almost fully functional model of Canada's interesting tilt-wing VTOL aircraft prototype from the '60s. It's probably my largest model ever physically, and has quite a bit of mechanical complexity involved in switching controls from one mode to another.

Can I buy one
@@levihill5417 No, sorry. This isn't an official set, and the model has been disassembled without any further record of how to rebuild it
Cool truck, nice suspension linkage. Although i think it is quite over engineered and you are loosing a lot of power caused by all the gears and slipping/cracking. Did you build it according some trail truck competition rules? If so, could you link me to the competition?
@@technicsummse2350 Thanks! It is probably overengineered, and could be better with less complexity and lower weight, but building like this is more fun! I don't think I'd be losing a huge amount of power from the gearbox, because it is quite efficiently designed, and the clicking was only really during shifting, as I remember it. I built it for a very informal meetup in southern Ontario, without any real rules, but only one other guy showed up, and we didn't film anything
This is 90% of what im looking for
@@iamhugry I'm curious; what do you mean by that?
@@2godbdglorylegotechnicvide966 it's an transmission similar to f1 which im looking for, but I've also maybe decided to use 4 large motors that seperately drive 4 planetary hubs that are geared together for an easy transmission that switches to lower gear on higher resistance although not sure
@@iamhugry Huh, sounds like an interesting gearbox concept!
There are no instructions buddy
@@iamhugry Dang, you're right! Not sure what happened there! I just had a look through my hard drive, and I can't seem to find any more information about that. I think I must have deleted all the pictures after I made the videos, and obviously this video didn't come out right. I guess I should probably take this video down soon
wow! amazing!!
So many moving parts in such a small package, congrats!
Hi, I really love your moc and I was wondering if you allow me to create buildings instructions to sell it in exchange for promoting your channel !
@@ROMAN-d8d Hmm, I don't know. What's your plan for dealing with the fact that I used 3D printed black wheel covers? They're only officially available in dark blue, but there's not enough part availability to build the rest of it in dark blue, so there's just no real way for an average person to replicate this. Because of that, I wouldn't feel good having paid instructions out for this, though if you have ideas about how to get around that, we could discuss more Thanks for your interest!
very cool
Cool model! I love the suspension!
very cool and well built!
I would love this if it was a crew cab longbed
@@Zenvo_ZTR I actually built a F-350 duallie variant of this body, though with very different mechanics underneath! You should be able to find my video of it
Crew cab long bed, as well
that's very nice!
So cool, gonna make something similar
Great job, purely amazing!
niiiiiiccccceee
I’m absolutely amazed! 42043 is one of my all time favorite sets. Your problem solving skills are very impressive. There were more than a few challenges on this build. Just incredible!
Thanks!
This build is amazing, but when you started showing pneumatic arm it's clear pneumatic in lego technic is useless. It works in 0/1 position.
Well, that was mainly a drawback of my choice of a high pressure supply and imprecisely operated valves. Systems with manual valves can offer better control, and systems that run compressors on demand can also give more precision
hey man cool truck, I want to connect my 3s lipo to my moc but i am concerned about the voltage because yeah 11.1 volts is fine but the lipo only has that much when it is basically empty, fully charged 3s lipo has around 12.4 volts, and i dont know and i wouldnt risk my motors with that, I want to add some kind of diode to reduce the voltage but i am still working on that. You should consider buying a Geekservo, its a servo with lego connections which you can plug into the rc reciever, it is also very powerful, they are quite cheap.
Thanks! Yeah, my battery setup is higher voltage at full charge, but it hasn't hurt my PF XL motors. I did burn out a fake buggy motor on it, though. GeekServos are pretty cool, but unfortunately this receiver is a proprietary one from some cheap RC car, and it doesn't have the proper servo output for a standard servo like that
i just bought mouldking 17036, wanna covert to your car.
Sorry, I don't think that's really possible. I've already taken apart the model, and I didn't make any digital version or instructions, so I'm not sure even I could rebuild it if I tried. I imagine you'd need to collect a lot more pieces as well. Thanks for the interest!
Bat mans bike, if it looked more like a harley, incredible!
Im suprised, their are so many functions I cant even list them all! Diff lock, 4 speed gearbox, 2 whole battery boxes, over 9 pneumatic functions, all wheel steering, and even a little windshield wiper, this is impressive!
I appreciate it's a lot of work, but instructions/parts list uploaded as an moc to rebrickable
Well, apart from the amount of work it would take to make instructions, I'm not convinced it would be worth it, since it's not built with any regards for using common parts, or reliability, which means that it's not really practical for other people to try to build it, even if instructions were available
@@2godbdglorylegotechnicvide966 Yeah, I totally get that, would be epic, even though admittedly I would just fantasise about it without ever building it! lol brilliant build though!!!
Your always able to pack so many functions into a model, quite amazing
thats a great very compact build
Cool check out my tractor it runs on air
I like your model! It's cool to have everything pneumatic, including the engine! I like the idea of putting a whole valve core in your pop bottle! It like more convenient than the setup I used on my latest backhoe, so I may have to try that in the future!
Now we're talkin! I've been working on 4 speeds for a while now! I like the idea of using the 28T to drive the diff. You always have such creative solutions!
Thanks! It's probably not something I would have thought of if I was designing the gearbox on it's own, but with this model (for once), I didn't build the gearbox first, and so it was easier to see the potential in using that gear that was just sitting there!
Impressive build indeed, excellent work getting everything in there! 👌 I am however curious about that compact 4-speed gearbox, any chance of a video about it in the future? Cheers!
That's not a bad idea; I was quite pleased with how compact it was, so perhaps it would warrant a quick video! Thanks!
@@2godbdglorylegotechnicvide966 I'm a subscriber now so I can keep an eye on what's coming up! ;)
Thanks! I just uploaded that video
I just came here from eurobricks, this is absolutely insane!!
This work is astonishing
Absolutely fabulous! I can't believe how much functionality you crammed in there. Big kudos to you!
All this....AND a 4 speed gearbox! That is a really smart way to switch the valves and minimize the need for motors.Fine work indeed!
Amazing build as always, I especially like how you did the pneumatic valve switching
That shifter through the turntable is genius, I wish i had thought of that when i was making my 1 motor robotic arm, amazing build as always
Let's see the build materials and steps! This is awesome and we want to build a model of our '97 :)
You can check out my updated description for a link to a Studio file I made. Fair warning, though, there's literally no steps in the file, just one big model! It's not user friendly, and I essentially just made it for personal reference if I wanted to rebuild the model. Anyways, all that to say, one could rebuild it from that file, but it would take quite a bit of determination and/or experience. If you do decide to try and have questions, feel free to ask!
Very awesome!!👍👍 and a great idea for the light button!👍👍👍
Pretty cool! Well done!
That asymmetric front suspension is genius
Hi, nice model! I do not have enough time to read through your EB post this evening, so I really appreciated the video!
I love the satisfying sound the keys make when you press them, and just how you can press keys to make the entire thing do its magic.
hella cool :D maybe it can be motorised by a linkage supporting the axle on each side
Yeah, that's the kind of thing you'd have to do. Not complicated in theory, but it looks a little annoying to do in practice, especially since you want to avoid having the gears slide on the axle
Very cool
The force is strong with this one. Interesting!
Instructions?
Another amazing build, great job as always
Another amazing build, great job as always
Have you prepared instructions?. How to buy.
I haven't made instructions (it's not something I generally do), but it is possible that some will be made in the future. Until then, you could always try building it off of the Stud.io file in this folder: bricksafe.com/pages/2GodBDGlory/tc25-mercedes-benz-arocs If you do attempt that, feel free to ask if you have any questions! You can see some more details in this thread, too www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/195231-tc25-42043-mercedes-benz-arocs-3245/
Impressive. Hats off to your creativity
Fan-freakin-tastic!
Hi I joined your group. can you too?
I'm not sure what you mean by that :/
This is insanely impressive, I wouldn’t have thought it possible too put all that functionality into such a small build, great job as always
