Fast change oil places have been caught putting cheap oil after you pay for synthetic.
@@lotus956 yep. The industry can be sketchy. My vendors will not pump oil into tanks that are not clearly marked with the type of oil. Plus, we have huge windows between the lobby and bays that the customers can view their services. The customer can clearly see the hose or rhino tank the oil is being pumped from and physically inquire to the tank label it pertains. My favorite "grift" is plastering Castrol GTX or Mobil 1 (branded oils) signs all over the building and offering a $30 oil change. The casual customer assumes that oil change is with the branded oil when in fact it is a "proprietary" oil (not branded). This oil comes from the same Castrol or Mobil plant, but does not have the same additives. Thus, cheaper to produce. The longer the chemical chains and the tighter their bonds, the more resistant to breakdown and more expensive to produce. All oils have a mandatory minimum level of quality out of the bottle, but no quality standards with 1,000 miles, 2,000 miles etc... you can assume the less expensive oils breakdown sooner than the more expensive oils in general.

Hello! That’s a great idea with the phone! Were you able to see the lap time in a horizontal position while you were riding? Did it work as you expected, or not really? Thank you!

Hey Scott, I just bought two of the Okai ES40 from Best Buy and neither one of them turned on. I returned them to Best Buy and both did the same thing. I’ve bought four of them in one week and have never had one turn on. The wires are connected properly and I’ve charged all four of them overnight before trying to turn them on for the first time. This was a Christmas gift for my kids. Do you have any idea why this is happening? How did you get yours to turn on? I’ve called support several times and they don’t have any idea. Do you have a better way to reach you. Thank you Scott.
Update? Did you buy another brand?
Does it work for a 98 f150 ?
awesome vid! R&G are the best!
Months ago here in Italy an rx7 went up in flames on the highway, the guys on board are good but the car is gone. You got lucky, really lucky infact, it's gonna be tedious but looks like you really like the car so you'll figure it out Subbed cause i want to see this on the road again

Ran into a similar problem with my FD in 1998. It was a leaking injector and I was on the hwy. I was only 2 miles from my house. I crossed my fingers and drove it home and used the water hose to take out the fire. I had to replace all the injectors, vacuum hoses and engine harness. The car is greatfully running still today. It was a close call and I am glad you did not loose the car. I also have hagerty insurance also.
Thank god your ok!
I think that you could get a window at a scrapjard. Otherwise you could look in marketplace. Or you could by a donor car. Its hard to Watch how one of my dream cars is burning down. Hope that this helper you succes Scott 👍
OMG!!! Your guardian angel was definitely with you! Thank God you are ok.🙏❤️. The man who stopped to help you was another angel. I mean he had jugs of water, had the tools to remove the hood and removed the hood while the fire was still going. And to have a big mud puddle nearby to throw the hood into! Wow, Scott, fortuitous circumstances and your cool head circumvented a potential tragedy. Again, I’m so relieved you are ok. The car can be replaced; you can’t. Love you, Mom
The higher octane means less power
man theres alot of noise there. good video. thanks.
Bro save me I had work tomorrow and my excursion v10 was not starting I unplugged everything started right up thanks man happy hollydays man 🫡🫡🫡
Uplugged Code Alarm box still doesn't start 🤦♂️😀. Weird part unplugged the horns and plugged them back in 5min later the alarm honked like it armed itself 😁
For me I would opt. for Cragar Series 614 S/S: 18 in x 8 in. or 6 in. in the front and 18 in. x 10 in. in the rear, also paint the tail gate plate around the Dodge name the same color as the roof, instead of chrome of silver, and black out the rear window frame. This is one of the best 71 Dodge trucks out there, gorgeous Thanks
@@dougharlow6037 I like your inputs. You have coordination skills
Oh man. That's really tough to see with the FD, you do have some quality parts on there. We've unfortunately seen many like this in the past due to the FPD leaking over time. These can typically be fixed. I hope the insurance comes through and it doesn't total it.
2000 Ranger with valet light. System 3 or 4. Did they ever put override switches? My manual from 2000 does not show it. Never really had to mess with it until my battery went dead.
Hello...if you see this comment please make a review for the es40
Oh no Scott. As a fellow RX7 owner it's sad to see yours like that. Good to see that you're ok. Hope insurance all works out for you.
@@CIV18C thanks for the kind words. I'll keep everyone updated on what happens.
I have the okai neon ultra es 40 I love it has a great build quality and the dual shocks front and back work really well I'm glad I chosen the es40 over the es 30 I love windsurfing on mine I've gotten speeds of 24 all the time
dude nooooo way. Been looking into an s1kr for a little bit and saw this bike listed at a dealer in TX. Found your videos a few days but it was before you did the Gulf color scheme. Was really interested in the bike but was told it was on consignment and dealer didn't want to give me enough for my trade
what's the point in making a DIY video if no one can see what you are doing?
Hey brother nice to see you not injured at the moment. Keep up the content 🤙🏽
Would love to talk with guy that built the truck planning on putting a 540 ray barton hemi in my 66 d100.
2004 E-350 security system woes... I disconnected the battery to replace the cruise control switch and when I reconnected the batter the security system went haywire. Problem is, the remote key wouldn't work, same as yours at the beginning of your video. Well, push come to shove, I found your video and tracked down the security module. It was a different module, a World Link WL-504 and the wiring was different, but I found the wire codes on it and the starter wire was part of one of the large connectors with no corresponding input. I figured I'd have to come up with a way to energize it but for shits and giggles I thought I'd try to start it first. The damn thing started with the module completely disconnected and no further connections made. Good enough I said. I doubt the power locks will work but that's fine with me. Thanks for posting this video, it turned out to be my saving grace.
What kit do you recommend for A +
😮😮😂😂🎉🎉🎉thank you Scott 🙏🙏 God bless you always man this actually what I need it 😅was working on my 2003 f150 4.6 changing oil leaking gaskets and put the battery back and no crank no start out of the sudden and tried to start it and the honk will go off itself🤦
