Gotta work on the video editing. Your transitions are nauseating and a distraction.
That's insane. lol
Is your tron bird as tight as a sab raw 700. I have the Raw and about to pull the trigger on the tron 7.0.
trons are great. i have a dnamic and the 7.0 advanced now . run thetas servos at 760us now. helis been pretty reliable. can call Amain hobbies and ask to speak to the heli tech and chat about them if needed . mention youtube
Link to servo?
That's a sweet setup. You had much time on it?
I was only testing them out. They seem usable. I did run them on a Tron 5.8 for a while and they were good
Would it hurt if I stuck my finger into it?
thank you
Sus. 🗿
Did it work?
Very helpful video!
You know you can swap the factory amp out for the pioneer 8 speaker amp .. it will power the sub located in the rear passenger cargo
Hey dude thanks for the video.. Did you wire an amp in your 2016 equinox? If so where did you get power wire through the firewall? I've wasted a few saturdays now ripping into the dash and crawling under the car looking for a spot to drill or get through a factory grommet and can't find anything..literally anything you have would help
hey. theres a hole on the right side. at the hinges and harness. look down little bit into the fender..
Looks fast, how do you like it?
got 2 test flights the other day, was freezing out with snow flakes.. they performed well. fast in the air and plenty of power.. didnt notice anything weird from them .. they seem precise and center well.. i wonder about longevity or are they a ticking time bomb.. time will tell
flew tron today with these servos.. they performed quite well
servos are quiet,, humming is my new torq tail servo that im not impressed with
so is a metal geared servo with a lower kg stronger than a plastic of higher kg?
@@dancearoundtheworld5360 not really. just metal gears are stronger and hold up better under stress and crashes
@@audio131 ok next carpet digger, ill do 100kg metal gears
you actually do not have to run wires from both left and right especially for a single sub or a mono/bridged setup. Just tap into one side is all you need. And i wish a LOC was just that easy! you forgot about your positive, ground, remote wires all required for it to work on most cars. Regardless a line output converter will not work on any 2007 and up chevy equinox's (im sure you figured that out the hard way after this video lol. So dont even bother pulling off panels and splicing into speakers on your equinox. you either need to bypass the factory amp first (takes about 15 min). OR build you an aux out integration plug for your stock amp in order for your after market amp to produce any sound (basically order a second pin clip [black one on far right is the one you want] splice in a left and right female aux end to your output end, connect the two plugs together via 10 guage wire, add in a high low output to the output end and boom you made a LOC that will work and you can keep your factory amp to door speakers too) or just bypass it. you really will not notice a difference in sound especially since you are adding an after market sub. Bottom line you can run two amps simultaneously off a stock head unit in MOST vehicles. but unfortunately not on an equinox because no matter how you chop it, on an equinox you will have to go through the stock amp first which will kill sound to a secondary amp. yes you can test them and probe them all day and yes they will show hot even after cutting and splicing in speaker wire you can test the end of your sliced speaker wire (that will plug into LOC) it will show hot but when you connect them to the LOC and test the AUX outputs... boom nothing.
False. I have a 2014 nox. I t-tapped my cheap 15$ loc that only had 8 imput wires one side, and rca outs on the other. Found the factory amp, base system, under the plastic under the steering wheel. You have to remove the plastic and a metal plate to access it. Tap the speaker wires coming from head unit providing signal to the amp. Boom! Run ur rca's and fire up ur amp and your good. Be sure to pull anc fuse in the panel by pasengers feet by the center console. If you dont, that sub in the back that dont play music, will do its damdest to cancel out ur bass. BOOM. runnin 2 12's pushin 1200 watts rms.
@@1221dingmy subs are not making any sound at all… i don’t know what i did wrong. The amp is wired up and giving power and my loc is all wired in.. still no sound.. i have no idea what the problem is. any help?
Nice flying Joe
jared. how you been buddy? and thanks
Crashed few days later due to a brand new GARBAGE egodrift 4025 550kv motor burning up in flight
audio131 That sucks. Been doing well. How about you? I haven’t been flying much. Just some fpv at home.
