Makes me want an Eastman really bad. I love them one pickup models with ap90 in the bridge position. I get all the tones I need with that one pickup to play all my favorite songs.

bourgeois is king of the smaller guitars. beats a gibson l-00 , *excluding 1930 thru 1957) hands down. Also, one of the few maple guitars that doesn't sound too treble biased.

I'm really impressed with Eastman's "original" offerings - the new Juliet and the Romeo LA in particular.

Charlie Starr guitar, 😎👍 nice riffing man , love it. Besides Mick n Steve Jones of Clash and Sex Pistols can't be wrong, add the Johnny Thunders vibe, top off with Charlie Starr and if you can't make that guitar sing go back playing lead triangle, that Eastman sir, is a keeper.

These are great guitars. I bought a blond from Mak and love it. Also these guitars are really versatile. As well as a great jazz tone I use my 16 for blues and covers utilising reverb, delay and even mild distortion - all through an AER 60. Works really well.

I really wanted one of these and couldn't find one anywhere in the US online to buy right now. I had to settle for an SB55V single cut....and it was the only one I could find anywhere.

You definitely need to put the microphone a little bit closer to the sound hole these guitars don't have a lot of low end like a Martin.. need to put the microphone where it flatters the instrument and picks up the big picture.. don't understand why people put the microphone in front of the 10th fret and try to mic the body of the guitar,, they're missing so much more
