Isolation Blues
A parody for the 2020 Corona Virus lockdown era, loosely based on the old southern song "Hesitation Blues" blues by Jim Jackson from the 1930s and rather closer to the version recorded by Ralph McTell in the 1960s.

I have always had a soft spot for this tune which Springwater (Phil Cordell) took to No.5 in the UK charts in the very early 70s. Never thought of playing it on the pedal steel until a couple of days ago. 😉 If I bore anyone with my uploads sorry, but hey, you can always scroll on I guess! 👍 Anyway, I figure it's fun to do when under house arrest.

This song was written by Townes Van Zandt and covered by a number of artists including Merle Haggard and Willie Nelson on the "Pancho & Lefty" album and Emmylou Harris on "Luxury Liner". This is the version we (as Lemon Grass) recorded back in the 80s.
