I had a sauce I wanted jarred and sold in stores so I paid Craft Cannery in Bergen, NY $1000 up front for what they call a "Dial-in" and all three times I went to their facility for the "Dial-in" the person that was working with me was constantly having to leave, work on other people's stuff, and pre occupied. The first 2 times we really didn't figure out much at all and I don't believe the men I was working with were truly qualified to do what they were trying to do. The 3rd visit I worked with a guy who is qualified and if I had been working with him and had his full attention all 3 times I was there I would feel that I got my money's worth but that wasn't the case. My last visit we were still extremely far off from where we needed to be with the PH levels, the integrity of the sauce was lost, and the flavor as well. Considering all this I asked for a partial refund and was denied. This place works for some but it did not work for me. I hope this helps someone.
