To get all the world's you have to complete every main quest in every world
AND YOU HAVE 1087 CHRATERS NO WAY

Best stage in Shadow Generations in my opinion. A strange but welcome change. I also love that if you chaos control the Death Egg Robots in Act 2 you can blow off their arms and access secret top routes.
