Hey we all make mistakes sometimes. I freeze my ducks to firm up the meat and that makes it easier for me to clean most of the time. It's all just a learning experience. I appreciate the feedback and if you have any further tips please share with the community.

I like to clean the whole duck and stuff it with peppers and onions and a bit of garlic...
