It charges with USB. I got a power bar/ extension cord with 2 USB ports so I can have it charging next to my bed. I then store it in my nightstand for easy access 😊

Thank you for sharing Wendy! There are so many ingredients out there and since some can be vegan and synthetic and some all natural but from animal sources, it’s always important to read and reach out to the company to ask what they’re using. I’m so happy to hear you do this ❤

I would start out using it as an oil cleanser. I find that a lot of people with oily skin are using a cleanser that is just not right. Skin is left stripped and overproduces oil to hydrate itself. I have recommend an oil cleanser to several clients with oily skin and it balanced their skin. If all goes well, you can use a small about to moisturize as well.

Sure you can. If you don’t want the additional benefits of the other ingredients, like organic jojoba and calendula, you can use straight up tallow. As long as you’re ok with the smell and feel of it. This is a personal choice and experience.

Lynda, check the video at 15 minutes. The spf needs to be the last step of your skincare routine. This is what I mean when I say that it has to be last. At 15 minutes I explain that the makeup, like a tinted moisturizer, would come after. However if you need to reapply at some point during the day, the spf now will end up over the makeup. Does this make sense? The reason I also stress here the need for the spf to go last is that when spf is approved and given its spf rating, it’s done on clean skin. Putting other products on top, such as makeup, could affect the spf protection. That said, make sure you have a good spf application, allow it to absorb and then do your primer and makeup. This is the way to wear spf with makeup. In most cases, applying a regular spf (not tinted) over makeup, will ruin the makeup finish.

@@lyndagoldman3251 Hi! Think of SPF as the last step in your skincare routine. So you apply SPF, then the primer, and lastly your makeup. Does this make sense?

Excellent question! After you oil cleanse with it and remove it, see how your skin feels. If it feels like it needs a bit more I had a small amount as a moisturizer. If you touch your skin and it feels great, then leave it bare for a night. Also, when I apply it as a cleanser, sometimes I leave it on as a mask, which means that I’m less likely to need anything else afterwards. Hope this helps.❤

These ingredients are skin irritants - not sure if you’ve ever done research on them - but if you’re ok using them and want them on your skin then that’s great for you 😊

Hi Kathryn! Do you mean that the essential oil smell is not strong enough for you? If yes, I would add a few drops of your own. If using the Two of Earth tallow, stick with lavender, frankincense or lemongrass as these are the ones the maker uses. One of these will suffice. For a dime sized amount of balm, add no more than 2-3 drops. Mix product by rubbing your palms together. Apply on skin. Let me know how it goes!
