I am so, SO happy I decided to bring Wilson with me. What a freakin' journey. It was worth all of the jank carrying and protecting him.

I want to say having points where wilson say "eh go ahead and leave me behind, I am certain you will circle around" might be immersion breaking, but I prefer the game out right tell me that "yea you will circle around" rather than trick me after spending like 2 hours in, technically 4 as I spent a few extra on keeping the hunter alive and a number of glitches where for some reason too much in the game occurs and it freezes.

i like how casual the conversation about wilson sounds, it makes them both sound like they dont wanna rip the other persons spine out

This game is better than AAA titles coming out of big studios with millions of dollars of budget. Gameplay, experience, story about a bad guy all expertly fit into one game... Built by fans. Good job Valve for allowing the use of your tech and universe, unlike Games Workshop :)

I forgot Wilson at Apprehension and had to go back to last save at Venture Ghost, and I was so afraid of losing Wilson that I became save hoarder. I did leave Wilson at locked terminal doors though before Mossman, saved first of course. Should've carried him all along

Today on my second playthrough, I realized that Clone Cop straight up cut open his own skull to remove the transponder from his brain and didn't even bother putting his skullcap back on. On top of the exposed humerus and protruding ribs, that's seriously metal.

I brought him up because the first time I played through the game, I left him at the section before the elevator after you escape 3650, but he disappeared. The second time I played through, I brought him with me because I wanted to ensure the ending. I wasn't having defeat. He also asks, "Don't forget about me!" every time he's there, I guess. He did it on my run as well.

I love how he says "he opens doors" like some tsundere girl😳

the locked door was a bait to prevent this easter egg from occurring. i left wilson here during my first playthrough which made me miss the interaction between clone cop and wilson.
