This memory card is compatible with the PS2. When you plug in a third party memory card that has the size that the PocketStation has then it will show a 3D model of a PocketStation

as a memory card it has the same storage size as any normal PS1 memory card. PS2 and PS3 (with the memory card USB adapter) can detect when a PocketStation is connected.

As a racing game fan. This PSone is a godsend for me. The PSone is the 1st console that brought me into gaming as a kid and I got the combo long time ago. Till now, I used this system everyday and bring it with me wherever i go along with my Switch, PSP and other handhelds if i can lol. The bad thing about this, especially if you have the Japanese model is that you have to bring a bulky transformer with it and the games are also pretty bulky too if you dont have a CD pouch for it. My favorite games is of course GT, Ridge/Rage Racer, Porsche Challenge, Tekken, Ace Combat, Parappa, and any other games i can find. But if you're planning to get one. Make sure it's in pretty good condition. Hinges may fail and the LCD may burn, have lines or may not work at all. Mine is in good shape but its starting to show its age. Some plastics are beginning to break but luckily it's in the inside of the LCD body and not on the outside so you gotta treat it with care if you're planning to bring it everywhere. My LCD is pristine and luckily doesn't have some burns so if you want to also preserve it, make sure not to play it in direct sunlight. Is it worth the price? If you want to relive some memories and play a lot of great titles. It totally is!

I agree, art direction is as important (if not more important) than graphics, and REmake was a masterclass in that. Especially those backgrounds, they still look incredible today. Realistic graphics can be nice, but good art direction is timeless :)

My first RE was RE1 Director's Cut for PS1. I was completely enthralled. A few years later as the Gamecube was about to be discontinued I bought one only for REMake back when it was still an exclusive. Both amazing games, but REMake still holds up graphically even on my old Gamecube

Such an intriguing console. Today I came across the cover art for Wild Card, which is an RPG for the WSC. The cover art is so stunning I had to find the rom and play it. I just copied the file to my Miyoo to play tomorrow. Thanks for this video! It's extremely well produced; a cool little window to this exciting period of time in gaming history. Unboxing it must have been an otherworldly experience. Everything looks gorgeous, the console, the box, the manual, even the AA battery hahaha It must have cost a fortune!
