I like lifeblood cocoons because if there is any particular challenge you are struggling with, you can do a flower quest style pilgrimage to all the different lifeblood cocoons you have discovered so far, and then take all the lifeblood built up into the challenge and sometimes brute force it. It’s also cool that fury of the fallen still works with added lifeblood, so you aren’t one shot. My only complaint is you can’t take them into dreams.

Congrats on being faster than the TAS (maker) Some strat timings: In Goam room 2 with dash, the top route is indeed faster. Shaman stone is best equiped after dying if you time it right, I've been told it doesn't lose any time at all if you're fast enough. Apparently there's a new city route where you skip king's station entirely and then get Lemm before watchers, but I don't know much about it. During that THK attack you were talking about, If you're on the left side, there's a way to do a ton of damage relatively easily and safely, I think it's worth learning. The king's station relic, (I just did a bunch of timing for this for no reason) Taking damage to the spikes actually loses 0.3 seconds (although it loses way more if you have to bench twice like you did in the video). Benching loses 1.2 seconds, which is even less than pausing to heal once, unless you're waiting for a door to open or something, so for sure worth it, It's not at all important without completely optimal movement but in current patch, benching on the way in is better (only dash once), but on 1.2.2.1 (or QoL I think), benching on the way out is better, because of the pogoable object Quitting out after getting the relic doesn't save time either, because of three unavoidable seconds on the main menu, but BENCHWARPING to the bench does save time (as long as you're fast, also be sure to bench first, or you're going back to Salubra) Nice THK fight by the way.
