It's a little known fact that Burnout 3 has an actual ending to the Road Rage events. While no obvious timer exists, there is a distance timer that, when hit, will "fail" the event with an Out of Time response at the end. Or so I think, it's not well documented, and I'm just a dumb gamer girl so probably don't listen to me, and just try it for yourself, if you dare.
Emulated off PCSX2 Nightly - v1.7.3271 using default settings, 3x upscaled to 1080p. I don't know why the quality is kinda godawful, but probably has to do with the fact that the original recording was an MKV with an H.265 codec, re-processed through ffmpeg into MP4, then DaVinci Resolve. I'll probably maybe figure out something better for the next vid, maybe even set up a controller display and even bother to change one singular setting to make the graphics and audio glitch out less.
(I actually checked the source file, and that awful compression is *not* on me, my original copy is crisp, but I'm done with this vid)
