I just threw some stuff together. There are premade cars in the build menu but I basically just snapped two large dynamic foundations together. Add two powered wheels at the rear and 2 steerable wheels at the front. Then to make it go, you just put a power center on it(add a battery to the power center) and a drivers seat. Once you sit in the seat you’ll see the controls on the right hand side of the screen

Ehh this was part of a series so I didn’t continuously explain it. This is assuming you’re up against a damage check in a day 1 raid or master raid environment. 9/10 you’ll have a well to sit in and this is just in case you run out of ammo. Hope that clears it up!

Actually yes? You have a well basically every raid dps phase so you basically have unlimited HP lol, ToM self damage gets almost instantly healed by the well. ToM is just better than Outbreak for primary DPS.

Yeah you definitely have to stay within your range for pulses to shine. If you do that I feel like this thing is pretty good. And that’s coming from a pulse rifle main.
