Over priced in this locality. Fully packed 5acre plot 6 building so called ultra luxury .range should not be more then 10k persq ft.for this kind of density.in this area big bungalow comes at this price with better amenities.

the camera work is very unprofessional. not sure what the hurry, the camera man is looking here and there and the camera follows him. none of the rooms are shown well. Also no coordination between host and camera man. When host point says this is dining, camera point to balcony. And host says this is the balcony in study room and as camera man is about to show balcony, she closes balcony and opens wash room.. Please work on these

There are builders like Brigade, Prestige, Manyata, Godrej, NVT, Nambiar etc. in Sarjapur. These guys have a nexus with the politicians. There is no way they will let the inhabitants of this area suffer with a shortage of water. But yes, don't expect Kaveri water. It is mostly borewell water in villa communities and tanker water in apartments. The real estate prices in this area are sky rocketing. Even though the road infra can't match up to the rapid development, the prices are only shooting through the roof. And they will only keep going up.
