How does this video not have more likes, comments and views? I think it's amazingly beautiful and fascinating!
Coupla cute ones towards the end. But the rest? Yikes.
Maybe they were the madams and Miss Kitty’s - the brains
Cute ones? That's also a yikes!
@@jimsciulli1001LOL, yeah...the second and third to the end. But when one gets to my age, one's standards might be lower. 😂
YOIKS!!! People actually PAID to have sex with those women?? YEESH!!
Is there any video of this during the trial. I want to know actually how the trial happened
OK. This is officially funny. 😀😍
Is that a young Robert Culp?
I just thought the same thing. Checking IMDB: Yep
Strange how the realm of the intellect invaded the 50s when Joe McCarthy's idiocy reigned. And Toscanini and the NBC Symphony were the great cultural event of Sunday afternoons. It was a bizarre yet wonderful time in many ways.
McCarthy's idiocy?! So there was no Communist infiltration in Holllyweird and other places of influence?! You are idiocy incarnate! 😂 Since you blind to the proofs all around you I suggest you start with : KGB defector Yuri Bezmenov's warning to America (1984) on YT and carry on from there to reach a certain level of wisdom which you so desperately lack.
Between Pierce & Scott Streets?
Just saw this. Awesome job Owen!
Do you have any more episodes of "You Are There" from the 1950's? I await your answer.
I do but I have to dig through old data and I will let you know when I find and post them.
I remember watching these series on Sunday evening in the 50s. Have always been a history buff, even to this day Aug 2, 2022.
I didn't know there were T.V. cameras in Socrates's era.
Hopefully you will add more. As in the whole show. Or please tell where to find it.
this is great, and we still haven't learned the lesson of "when you make the accusation, you have to expect the punishment to be carried out" - I see it as similar to "not bear false witness" - you can't just say never mind after destroying a person in public. now, that's all that happens. we no longer are governed by the rule of law, but by the outrage of the mob.
Thanks for putting this up! I grew up listening to KHJ in the 60s and remember this! Where did you find it?
I recognized some of the actors in that program.
E. G. Marshall, Robert Culp, John Casavetes, ...Robert Newman?
Aristophanes was the _juror with the glasses_ in "12 angry men"
Good eye!
Paul Newman
Well done, I think this is the only real attempt at the scene available on UA-cam.
Thanks so much for this ❤️
This is superb. Thank you. Wish the whole show was available or at least more episodes.
I'm posting another one I found If your interested
