Love your videos thank you for this one 💕 I would like a video teaching how to stand in heels when dancing. As in do you put majority of your weight on the balls of your feet or your heel for better posture and comfort?

I've always wanted to take heels classes 🥺 I used to pole dance and what you said about heels dance is quite similar to what I felt while pole dancing. It was a safe and supporting environement of women only and not only did it helped me with confidence (+having a lot of fun!) but I was so secure within myself for the 1st time. Those disciplines are not joke in my opinion 😇🥰
