County line is North of Mowequa, and if both of these facts are true it constitutes stalking. Also, it is perfectly legal with a valid FOID card to carry open or concealed on your private property, be it a domicile or business, and any private property which the land owner gives permission to carry on. I recommend for ease of "screw you" to get permission in writing. Of course there are federal issues that can arise within 1000 ft of a school and possible municipal ordinances may apply as well, but in your home is begging for a lawsuit. In the 70s and 80s in England, a family friend was an ambulance tech/driver (no paramedics back then) and he'd tell us stories about patients being transported being a little bit "heavy handed" but he fully understood because they were scared and desperate. He was a big man and ex army where he did a lot of boxing so he could handle himself but he still got injured occasionally. On one occasion he had a black eye, stitches over his cheek bone, and a broken ulna. I asked what happened all he said was the man was having a heart attack but we got him to hospital quickly and he survived. I asked if he was angry about being attacked and he said he could have done without it but the man was terrified. They became friends and their families went out together to shows, dances, restaurants, etc. and they both died about 30 years later in their 70s. He would have found this video extremely upsetting. He kept a book of the names of all the people he'd saved and the ones that didn't. Thankfully the survivors' list was much longer than the other. I feel very sorry for the desperate gentleman in the video, nobody should die because people get offended by a terrified person who is struggling to breath getting a bit grabby. As for the two women in the ambulance, I think they should be fired and banned from working in the medical field ever again. Surely they are guilty of negligent homicide or something similar. My main wish for them, however, is that they live a long life so every day they can think about how their pathetic, hurty feelings almost certainly contributed to the death of a VERY desperate gentleman. He could very probably be alive today if they had a little compassion. The police don't surprise me at all. Unless they're violating somebody's rights the vast majority of them aren't interested. The proof of that is shown by the row mannequins in the sidewalk watching the man almost fall out the ambulance and then do nothing when he collapsed and died.
