Basic Render bro, most of the things i done in viewport just setup all the camera in timeline so i can render all this animation in one go. The setting were 4k with 256 sample. 24 FPS

RTX 3060 ti, rendering took about 10:30 hours approx

the houses are premade assets i'll link them in the comment. Rest is the scene setup in blender. I used geometry node to create this scene by stacking the houses using a mesh line and than added some light here and there. For extra realism added the fog.

You can use CTRL+B in timeline while camera is selected so it will mark that camera, than go forward where you want next camera select that camera and hit CTRL+B again to add that. That's how you can render them in one go. If you use other camera in between or try to render static shot with another camera without putting it on timeline it will not render. It will render only the camera present in timeline.
