If their breathing issues get bad enough, that is definitely something we would consider later down the road. However it’s best to check with your vet (this surgery isn’t as common from what I’m aware of, IVDD is a much more prevalent issue among frenchies). I do think that they can live amazing lives as long as you keep them cool and don’t over exert them in the heat. They get out of breath quick. 🥰
