Bhai...Just asking on a weekly basis, how much working hours you are doing against the stated labour laws of 48 hours? Even though i consider that as funny, but it does not mean that people are not doing 90 hours of work. They are doing much more than 90 hours of work a week. Please do not demean yourself. If you have worked for more than 90 hours a week. Accept it. In peak season, I worked more than 100 hours a week.

If these companies & their CEO really want to build the nation then they would have "Hired more people and make them work in 3 shift (8 hrs each shift). Also provide best salary & benefits as per the employee capabilities. In Reality "how do these companies works"? They give Higher position Jobs to their relative, close friends or reference from politicians... without capabilities they get unlimited benefits, good salaries and everything they want, but they don't give good Salary or benifits to a employee whose capabilities are better than those "Nepo kids". They pressuring those people work for 13 to 14 hours a day with less pay, No benefit, No family life & a insane mental health. It's a Bluff....That they are trying for "Nation building".....By destroying Mental health & family life its not possible. This is the only reason that they are not getting productivity in their Company's employees. But in foreign countries these same Indian people with the same educational background are more productive in their work.🙏🇮🇳🙏 It a Shame & a Proof that "Indian Government policies & Private Sector companies policy didn't achieve what they deserve in 78 yrs but Chinese Government achieved in 42 yrs with good policy, reforms & Infrastructure development. I agree BJP Govt or Modi ji has done lots of Infrastructure development with in 10 yrs of Governance which reduces travel time from home to office. But some reforms still pending. Hope they'll be addressed soon.🙏🇮🇳🙏

National building is everyone's responsibility, not just corporate employees. Dont mix two different things. Happy people, less stress is the integral part of good nation. I think you are the biggest fool. If people will work whole week then it will have negative impact on economy. For Eg. If people have no time to spend during weekends like Shopping, Movie, OTTs, Vacations, Restaurants etc etc. It will in turn reduce consumption of goods & companies like Netflix, Sony Liv, PVR, Pantaloons will earn less revenue. Life quality is better in the US & European countries where work hours are less. And guess what, they've got better infrastructure than us. Nation can be built without exploiting the employees. If the chairman is really worried about nation building, he can hire 10-20% more staff and do rotational shift to cover Saturdays and Sundays.
