@sonotahehe Oh, that’s really cool! I live in Europe, and we usually have avocado in savory dishes like salads or on toast. I had no idea it was used in desserts in Southeast Asia😊👌

I recommend you to try to blend avocado with ice cube and condensed milk (can use choco condensed milk too), a bit of liquid like milk but if you don't like it heavy, just water is fine, and other sweetener if it's not sweet enough. It's super tasty!! 🤤 vanilla ice cream on top would complete it but it's tasty just like that

Good question, Ras el hanout is a common ingredient in Moroccan stews and tagines, where it adds depth of flavor to meats, vegetables, and legumes. I bought it in Spain, actually.
